killing comfort zones
Killing Comfort Zones (Ep.1) Show Notes   Tips From The Show: *Change your routine or scenery. (i.e: diet, work out, start of the day) *Get outdoors, become more of an introvert or extrovert, remove the TV from the bedroom, frequent a new social space *Audio Tuning – reprogram what you listen to often, change playlists, create new playlists of unheard music, switch genres, listen to more audiobooks or podcasts. *Yes or NO – Switch it Up! Start saying yes or no more intentionally depending on what you usually do now. Acceptance/rejection impacts our opportunities to explore new things, places and people *Face fears: make a list of things that scare or intimidate you and over time move towards each one of them until you have conquered (or at least attempted) the things that make you feel afraid *Talk to new people – embrace unfamiliar faces and different types of conversations to build new connections and make self-discoveries *break decision-making habits – If you plan everything down to the last detail start to ‘wing it’ more often and if you are a spontaneous person start to be more diligent in planning things out   Key Take-Aways:          You can create a new normal          Killing comfort zones is a mind skill not a physical skill          Anyone can kill comfort zones at any ages          Comfort zones can be good or bad but they cannot be permanent if we want to be our best          If you want something new / different in life create a new normal   Keep In Touch:           Comment on podcasts in comments when available           On Instagram: @theinspiredlifepodcast           On Facebook: @The Inspired Life 4Ever           Email: customerservice@til4ever.org           Website: www.til4ever.org     Website:talktotriece@gmail.com Website:www.til4ever.org Natriece Spicer
