Episode 046 - The Fear of FEELing fully w/ Sam Asser
I love looking around and seeing the lens that people mostly live life looking out of. How do you know what that is? Well in these times that we are in… what do you value? Where do you spend your time? What do you pay attention to? What do you choose to believe? My lens is wholeheartedly the inner experience. The connection we have to self and our ability to feel fully is creating and shaping our reality. So what I’m seeing isn’t fear of the world, the future, the circumstances we are in. But actually, a whole lot of fear of actually feeling what is coming to the surface individually. This avoidance and fear of this is actually driving our behaviours, addictions, health and the way we move forward. So I felt to share WTF we do to access our inner experience and what’s beneath the “I don’t know”. And I do not sugar coat this in a way that is easy to digest, with a pretty pink bow and 3 steps to success. No, no — this shit is messy, it feels hard and if it’s hard to digest.. you are right where you’re supposed to be. In this episode we discuss; Letting go of the lone wolf mentality and opening your heart to receive. The fear that you feel isn’t actually the external world, it’s a fear of feeling fully.
