Reversing Unexplained Infertility by Improving Your Mindset with Cara from Infertility Life Coach
“The real test is what you are going to do with that negative emotion when you have it.”Topics Discussed:🦩Why you have to begin to make changes on your own.🦩How having a child is not the end-all.🦩Being proactive about our mental health.🦩The importance of focusing on yourself.Reversing Unexplained Infertility by Improving Your Mindset with Cara from Infertility Life CoachIn this episode, I sit down with Cara from Infertility Life Coach as she shares with us her own personal journey of infertility.  We talk about how there were no reasons that the doctors were giving her for why she couldn’t get pregnant. Cara shares how she began to take her fertility into her own hands and began to examine things going on in her own life both mentally and physically.“This journey is way more than just having kids.”After she and her husband both began to make drastic changes over months of hard work, they were able to successfully conceive. That doesn’t mean it was easy, but it wasn’t until she decided to make her own decisions rather than relying on what the doctors were telling her."When we exist in emotional childhood we think other people are responsible for how we feel.” She talks about how our thoughts drive our actions and how it’s so important we get in touch with what is going on in our thought life and taking control over it. "Who is the person you are becoming?” Connect with Cara :Website: https://infertilitylifecoach.com/Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/infertilitylifecoach/Facebook: https:/www.facebook.com/infertilitylifecoach/  Let's Do This Together💚Monica🦩 Download your FREE PDF guide :: 3 Steps You Need To Get Right to Improve Your Chances of Getting & Staying Pregnant || https://www.findingfertility.co/free3stepguide 🌺 Get Steps Closer to Getting & Staying Pregnant with the Fertility Food Program || https://www.findingfertility.co/FerilityFood Connect with Monica over on: Instagram: https://bit.ly/FindingFertilityIG TikTok: https://bit.ly/FindingFertilityTikTok  🎙 Subscribe on your favourite podcast platform:⁣⁣⁣⁣Apple: http://bit.ly/FINDINGFERTILITYAPPLE⁣⁣⁣⁣Google Play: http://bit.ly/FINDINGFERTILITYGOOGLEPLAY⁣⁣⁣⁣ Stitcher: http://bit.ly/FindingFertilitySTITCHERSpotify: https://spoti.fi/3eHuAKZ 🍍Support Finding Fertility & shop for your favourite fertility-friendly products over on:Seeking Health:https://bit.ly/FFSeekingHealth Amazon:http://bit.ly/FindingFertilityAmazon  🍍 Anything written or said about health and diet are my opinions, that I have formed over the years, through trial and error, study, reading, listening and observing. How to Increase Ovulation Naturally
Topics Discussed:🦩What causes high natural killer cells.🦩Finding your food intolerances.🦩What it looks like to confirm three months in a row that you are ovulating around the same time for you, and confirm with Proov:: https://bit.ly/PROOV5OFF🦩How much should you exercise? "You influence how your genes react." In this episode, I wanted to address some questions that have been asked of me and get to the root of some common problems that we face with infertility.  "You need a healthy endocrine system to have healthy hormones." Gut health is one of the most important places to start, and when we have infertility issues, we need to look there first. Often when we have high natural killer cells, it is a direct result of poor gut health. While it needs to be addressed, we have to realize that it's not a direct fault of our own, but we are not raised to understand gut health and most typical diets don't do much to promote a healthy gut. "Diet is one of the top ways we are damaging our gut." The good news is we can begin to make changes to turn our gut health around. The first step to reversing your gut health in a positive direction is being tested for food intolerances.  It is tough to get your gut health on track without first taking this step because we can't pinpoint what foods are causing inflammation in your body until a food intolerance test takes place. Finally, in this Q&A, I wrap up with a question on exercise, and how much if any should we be doing?  I know this may seem like a no-brainer question, but in reality, some types of exercises place much stress on the adrenals, which are counter-intuitive to what we are trying to accomplish. "You need a little kumbaya in your life."  Let's Do This Together💚Monica🦩 Download your FREE PDF guide :: 3 Steps You Need To Get Right to Improve Your Chances of Getting & Staying Pregnant || https://www.findingfertility.co/free3stepguide 🌺 Get Steps Closer to Getting & Staying Pregnant with the Fertility Food Program || https://www.findingfertility.co/FerilityFood Connect with Monica over on: Instagram: https://bit.ly/FindingFertilityIG TikTok: https://bit.ly/FindingFertilityTikTok  🎙 Subscribe on your favourite podcast platform:⁣⁣⁣⁣Apple: http://bit.ly/FINDINGFERTILITYAPPLE⁣⁣⁣⁣Google Play: http://bit.ly/FINDINGFERTILITYGOOGLEPLAY⁣⁣⁣⁣ Stitcher: http://bit.ly/FindingFertilitySTITCHERSpotify: https://spoti.fi/3eHuAKZ  🍍Support Finding Fertility & shop for your favourite fertility-friendly products over on:Seeking Health:https://bit.ly/FFSeekingHealth Amazon:http://bit.ly/FindingFertilityAmazon  🍍 Anything written or said about health and diet are my opinions, that I have formed over the years, through trial and error, study, reading, listening and observing. In this episode, I sit down with Melissa from Confetti and Vodka and we talk about her own infertility journey.  Her husband had battles and overcame cancer, and they battled infertility together.  From having to move out of the country to transferring sperm that was taken 10 years ago, she shares the trials that she went through.Amidst it all Melissa shares how she was completely open about the journey she and her husband were going through and she expresses how that helped them so much in an otherwise lonely time of moving out of the country and going through all the things associated with infertility. We also talk about having a life outside of your infertility journey and how that can be stressful in and of itself when we have to give up some of the things we love to focus on our infertility journey, but we also discuss how important it is to hold onto the things that bring us joy in life.  Topics Discussed:Why you should not keep your journey a secret. The measures you will take on your infertility journey. The reality of having to move because of infertility.--Quotes:“You’re going to make mistakes and you have to forgive yourself.”“You put your life on hold for infertility.”“Your joys heal you.” Connect with Melissa from @confettiandvodka:Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/confettiandvodka Connect with us!🍍🦩Download your FREE 3 Things that can make all the difference in helping you get & stay pregnant here: https://www.findingfertility.co/perfectfertilitydiet 🌺 Get Steps Closer to Getting & Staying Pregnant with a Personalized Health Coaching:https://www.findingfertility.co/FertilityHealthCoachingInstagram: https://bit.ly/FindingFertilityIG TikTok: https://bit.ly/FindingFertilityTikTok   🍍HELP SUPPORT THE SHOW 🍍 You can shop for your favourite fertility support products over on:Seeking Health:https://bit.ly/FFSeekingHealth & Amazon:http://bit.ly/FindingFertilityAmazon   🎙 Subscribe on your favourite podcast platform:⁣⁣⁣⁣Apple: http://bit.ly/FINDINGFERTILITYAPPLE⁣⁣⁣⁣Google Play: http://bit.ly/FINDINGFERTILITYGOOGLEPLAY⁣⁣⁣⁣ Stitcher: http://bit.ly/FindingFertilitySTITCHER 🍍 Anything written or said about health and diet are my opinions, that I have formed over the years, through trial and error, study, reading, listening, and observing. Should You do the Elimination Diet or Food Sensitivity Test?
Hello BeautifulWhen it comes to food sensitivity tests I know it can be a big investment, not just financially, but also an investment of time.  It is very important rather than just jumping from diet to diet trying to figure out which one works for you.  We can often play guessing games with infertility diets and the food sensitivity tests help us stop the guessing and finally figure out what works best for us.In addition, when we figure out what triggers us, we begin to feel so much better as we learn to eliminate all the foods that our bodies are not agreeing with.  I break down how to begin an elimination diet because I know it can feel overwhelming when we are faced with all the foods we need to stay away from.  But it’s a slow journey and doesn’t have to be done all at once.  Topics Discussed:Why do a food sensitivity test? What food sensitivity tests entail. How to break down changing your diet so it’s not overwhelming. -- Quotes:“Not all food sensitivity tests are created equal.”“These diet changes can become a new lifestyle.” -- Connect with us!Website: https://www.findingfertility.co/Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/pg/FindingFertilityInstagram: https://www.instagram.com/findingfertility/Baby and Me Journal: https://www.findingfertility.co/infertilityjournalAmazon Store: https://www.amazon.com/shop/influencer-77328ce4Email: me@mymindfulme.com Subscribe to us on:iTunes: https://podcasts.apple.com/us/podcast/the-infertile-diagnosis/id1467058429Spotify: Stitcher: https://www.findingfertility.co/infertilitypodcastYoutube: Google: https://play.google.com/music/listen#/ps/Iqqdhvzt4bwex3iziweaxz77ewu-- Connect with us!🍍🦩Download your FREE 3 Things that can make all the difference in helping you get & stay pregnant here: https://www.findingfertility.co/perfectfertilitydiet 🌺 Get Steps Closer to Getting & Staying Pregnant with a Personalized Health Coaching:https://www.findingfertility.co/FertilityHealthCoaching  Connect with Monica over on Instagram: https://bit.ly/FindingFertilityIG TikTok: https://bit.ly/FindingFertilityTikTok   🍍HELP SUPPORT THE SHOW 🍍 You can shop for your favourite fertility support products over on:Seeking Health:https://bit.ly/FFSeekingHealth & Amazon:http://bit.ly/FindingFertilityAmazon   🎙 Subscribe on your favourite podcast platform:⁣⁣⁣⁣Apple: http://bit.ly/FINDINGFERTILITYAPPLE⁣⁣⁣⁣Google Play: http://bit.ly/FINDINGFERTILITYGOOGLEPLAY⁣⁣⁣⁣ Stitcher: http://bit.ly/FindingFertilitySTITCHER 🍍 Anything written or said about health and diet are my opinions, that I have formed over the years, through trial and error, study, reading, listening, and observing. Top 3 Reasons Your Fertility Diet Might Not Be Working
Do you struggle with your fertility diet not working for you?  Do you have daily issues that may seem like small things, but are still annoyances that you are putting up with?  It could be that the diet you are on still has you eating foods that you are intolerant to, even if they are healthy.  We all have different foods that cause intolerances in us, and failing to recognize them can leave us frustrated. But finding out what foods we are intolerant to can be simple when gone about in the right away.  We also deep dive into mindset and the effect that stress has on the body.  Even if we are on point with our food intake and diet, if our mindset is off, and our stress levels are high, our body can still be negatively impacted.  But the good news is when we get on the right diet for us, and practice self-care, and taking care of our thoughts, we can begin to live with less stress and feel better physically and mentally. Ready to find the right Fertility Diet for you? http://www.findingfertility.co/fertilityfood Topics Discussed:Intolerances and how they affect our day to day.How even healthy foods can be wrong for us.The importance of your mindset and how it affects stress. The importance of self-care. -- Quotes:“Sometimes we haven’t given our diets enough time.”“Committing to a diet change is hard to do in a society that judges you for diet changes.”“Your subconscious beliefs can wreak havoc.” --Connect with us!Website: https://www.findingfertility.co/Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/pg/FindingFertilityInstagram: https://www.instagram.com/findingfertility/Baby and Me Journal: https://www.findingfertility.co/infertilityjournalAmazon Store: https://www.amazon.com/shop/influencer-77328ce4Email: me@mymindfulme.com Subscribe to us on:iTunes: https://podcasts.apple.com/us/podcast/the-infertile-diagnosis/id1467058429Spotify: Stitcher: https://www.findingfertility.co/infertilitypodcastYoutube: Google: https://play.google.com/music/listen#/ps/Iqqdhvzt4bwex3iziweaxz77ewu-- Connect with us!🍍🦩Download your FREE 3 Things that can make all the difference in helping you get & stay pregnant here: https://www.findingfertility.co/perfectfertilitydiet 🌺 Get Steps Closer to Getting & Staying Pregnant with a Personalized Health Coaching:https://www.findingfertility.co/FertilityHealthCoaching  Connect with Monica over on Instagram: https://bit.ly/FindingFertilityIG TikTok: https://bit.ly/FindingFertilityTikTok   🍍HELP SUPPORT THE SHOW 🍍 You can shop for your favorite fertility support products over on:Seeking Health:https://bit.ly/FFSeekingHealth & Amazon:http://bit.ly/FindingFertilityAmazon   🎙 Subscribe on your favorite podcast platform:⁣⁣⁣⁣Apple: http://bit.ly/FINDINGFERTILITYAPPLE⁣⁣⁣⁣Google Play: http://bit.ly/FINDINGFERTILITYGOOGLEPLAY⁣⁣⁣⁣ Stitcher: http://bit.ly/FindingFertilitySTITCHER  🍍 Anything written or said about health and diet are my opinions, that I have formed over the years, through trial and error, study, reading, listening, and observing. Sex, Money, Religion & Infertility | Devon Baeza
HEllo BeautifulIn today’s episode, we are talking about everything your mom told you not to talk about. Sex, money and religion are those taboo topics that we are always taught to not bring up, but when it comes to navigating the infertility journey you have to dive into each of these three topics.  They are all interconnected and have to be addressed. When we are on our infertility journey we can begin to question our religion.  Beliefs and things we were raised believing can become very confusing when compared to what we are going through.  Because of this we can begin to question our faith and beliefs, and often the religious space doesn’t allow us to ask the difficult questions, but it is a necessity to do so in order to discover our truth. Topics Discussed:Discovering your beliefs around money. How infertility can affect your religious beliefs. How to find our own truth. The importance of support. --Quotes:“Infertility affects every area of your life.”“Religion didn’t give the room to question things.”“What feels true to me?”“There are things in this world completely out of your control.”-- Connect with us!Website: https://www.findingfertility.co/Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/pg/FindingFertilityInstagram: https://www.instagram.com/findingfertility/Baby and Me Journal: https://www.findingfertility.co/infertilityjournalAmazon Store: https://www.amazon.com/shop/influencer-77328ce4Email: me@mymindfulme.com Subscribe to us on:iTunes: https://podcasts.apple.com/us/podcast/the-infertile-diagnosis/id1467058429Spotify: Stitcher: https://www.findingfertility.co/infertilitypodcastYoutube: Google: https://play.google.com/music/listen#/ps/Iqqdhvzt4bwex3iziweaxz77ewu-- Connect with Devon Baeza:Website: https://www.devonbaeza.com/Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/TheFertilityFinanceCoachPinterest: https://www.pinterest.com/TheFertilityFinanceCoach/Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/the_fertility_finance_coach/ Connect with us!🍍🦩Download your FREE 3 Things that can make all the difference in helping you get & stay pregnant here: https://www.findingfertility.co/perfectfertilitydiet 🌺 Get Steps Closer to Getting & Staying Pregnant with a Personalized Health Coaching:https://www.findingfertility.co/FertilityHealthCoaching Connect with Monica over on Instagram: https://bit.ly/FindingFertilityIG TikTok: https://bit.ly/FindingFertilityTikTok  🍍HELP SUPPORT THE SHOW 🍍 You can shop for your favorite fertility support products over on:Seeking Health:https://bit.ly/FFSeekingHealth & Amazon:http://bit.ly/FindingFertilityAmazon   🎙 Subscribe on your favorite podcast platform:⁣⁣⁣⁣Apple: http://bit.ly/FINDINGFERTILITYAPPLE⁣⁣⁣⁣Google Play: http://bit.ly/FINDINGFERTILITYGOOGLEPLAY⁣⁣⁣⁣ Stitcher: http://bit.ly/FindingFertilitySTITCHER 🍍 Anything written or said about health and diet are my opinions, that I have formed over the years, through trial and error, study, reading, listening, and observing. Taking Control of Your Mindset During Infertility | Jennifer Robertson
Working through our issues during infertility helps us become such a better mom.  In this episode I sit down with Jennifer Robertson as we talk about dealing with our  shit.  We tend to stuff down all the feelings and emotions that we go through during infertility. Rather than working through the emotion, we bury it and plow through to the next step. But it’s so important to slow down and admit that it’s okay that things are not perfect.  It’s okay we are angry.  It’s okay to admit that we have emotions and feelings along this journey, and there isn’t some picture that we have to look like. Jennifer shares with us the heartbreak and the joy that she has experienced and why she believes that the heartbreak when dealt with and recognized can lead us to greater things and really build us to be better moms. Topics Discussed:How consuming IVF can become. How to release the stress we put ourselves through to be free. How slowing down is sometimes enough to heal our bodies. How to deal with our shit. -- Quotes:“One day you wake up and can’t remember who you are any more.”“We don’t acknowledge our feelings.”“We feel like there isn’t enough time in the world.”“You don’t have to go through extreme diet changes to heal your body.”  --Connect with us!Website: https://www.findingfertility.co/Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/pg/FindingFertilityInstagram: https://www.instagram.com/findingfertility/Baby and Me Journal: https://www.findingfertility.co/infertilityjournalAmazon Store: https://www.amazon.com/shop/influencer-77328ce4Email: me@mymindfulme.comSubscribe to us on:iTunes: https://podcasts.apple.com/us/podcast/the-infertile-diagnosis/id1467058429Spotify: Stitcher: https://www.findingfertility.co/infertilitypodcastYoutube: Google: https://play.google.com/music/listen#/ps/Iqqdhvzt4bwex3iziweaxz77ewu-- Connect with Jennifer Robertson:Website: https://www.yourfertilityhaven.com/Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/groups/425418404879458/Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/msjenniferrobertson/YouTube: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UClikGpEjoBP-_OOIiktaZDA Connect with us!🍍🦩Download your FREE 3 Things that can make all the difference in helping you get & stay pregnant here: https://www.findingfertility.co/perfectfertilitydiet 🌺 Get Steps Closer to Getting & Staying Pregnant with a Personalized Health Coaching:https://www.findingfertility.co/FertilityHealthCoaching Connect with Monica over on Instagram: https://bit.ly/FindingFertilityIG TikTok: https://bit.ly/FindingFertilityTikTok  🍍HELP SUPPORT THE SHOW 🍍 You can shop for your favourite fertility support products over on:Seeking Health:https://bit.ly/FFSeekingHealth & Amazon:http://bit.ly/FindingFertilityAmazon  🎙 Subscribe on your favourite podcast platform:⁣⁣⁣⁣Apple: http://bit.ly/FINDINGFERTILITYAPPLE⁣⁣⁣⁣Google Play: http://bit.ly/FINDINGFERTILITYGOOGLEPLAY⁣⁣⁣⁣ Stitcher: http://bit.ly/FindingFertilitySTITCHER 🍍 Anything written or said about health and diet are my opinions, that I have formed over the years, through trial and error, study, reading, listening and observing. How to Take Back Your Sexuality During Infertility | Dr. Nikki Cohen
Throughout history women were revered along with our traits and habits.  As time advanced that changed from a matriarchal society to a more patriarchal society.  Now we are just starting to reverse this trend and again place value in the matriarch approach.  As women it’s so important for us to be in tune with our bodies and understand what it’s like to take care of ourselves.  In our fast paced world it can seem selfish to slow down and take time for our mental health, to enjoy the warmth of the sun on our skin or to take in the beauty around us.In this episode Dr. Nikki Cohen sits down with us and helps us better understand our womanhood, and how to really get back into our feminine sides, and why that is so critically important not just for our well being but also for our fertility journey.  Topics Discussed:How infertility and autoimmune diseases make us feel like we are not in control of our bodies. How just because something is healthy, that doesn’t mean it’s a right food for you.Why we have to become more in tune with our bodies.Getting back to our feminine sides. -- Quotes:“With autoimmune disease it feels like your body hates you.”“What they say is healthy may not be what your body needs.”“You have to find your inflammatory foods.”“Let your body express itself the way she wants to.”  Connect with us!🍍🦩Download your FREE 3 Things that can make all the difference in helping you get & stay pregnant here: https://www.findingfertility.co/perfectfertilitydiet 🌺 Get Steps Closer to Getting & Staying Pregnant with a Personalized Health Coaching:https://www.findingfertility.co/FertilityHealthCoaching Connect with Monica over on Instagram: https://bit.ly/FindingFertilityIG TikTok: https://bit.ly/FindingFertilityTikTok  🍍HELP SUPPORT THE SHOW 🍍 You can shop for your favourite fertility support products over on:Seeking Health:https://bit.ly/FFSeekingHealth & Amazon:http://bit.ly/FindingFertilityAmazon  🎙 Subscribe on your favourite podcast platform:⁣⁣⁣⁣Apple: http://bit.ly/FINDINGFERTILITYAPPLE⁣⁣⁣⁣Google Play: http://bit.ly/FINDINGFERTILITYGOOGLEPLAY⁣⁣⁣⁣ Stitcher: http://bit.ly/FindingFertilitySTITCHER 🍍 Anything written or said about health and diet are my opinions, that I have formed over the years, through trial and error, study, reading, listening and observing. Your 3 Step Guide to Getting & Staying Pregnant
Sometimes it can be overwhelming to know where to begin.  But it’s always good to break things back to the basics.  In this episode I dive into some of the first steps you should be taking. The first thing I always recommend doing is beginning to remove your inflammatory foods.  This doesn’t have to be done all at once, but I do recommend choosing a couple to start off with.  Also we should question the supplements we are taking.  We shouldn’t be constantly popping supplements, because they are as their name implies, only meant to be used as a supplement to a healthy diet. And the last thing I go over, which is super important, is our mental well being, and taking time for ourselves, connecting with our thoughts, and finding some type of activity that reduces stress and brings release for us. Topics Discussed:Breaking down some of the simple things to start implementing.Eliminating inflammatory foods. The purpose of supplements. --Quotes:“Supplements are usually over-used.”“We forget how much joy and beauty is around us.”“Sticking to a clean eating lifestyle will improve your egg quality.” Connect with us!🍍🦩Download your FREE 3 Things that can make all the difference in helping you get & stay pregnant here: https://www.findingfertility.co/perfectfertilitydiet 🌺 Get Steps Closer to Getting & Staying Pregnant with a Personalized Health Coaching:https://www.findingfertility.co/FertilityHealthCoaching Connect with Monica over on Instagram: https://bit.ly/FindingFertilityIG TikTok: https://bit.ly/FindingFertilityTikTok  🍍HELP SUPPORT THE SHOW 🍍 You can shop for your favourite fertility support products over on:Seeking Health:https://bit.ly/FFSeekingHealth & Amazon:http://bit.ly/FindingFertilityAmazon  🎙 Subscribe on your favourite podcast platform:⁣⁣⁣⁣Apple: http://bit.ly/FINDINGFERTILITYAPPLE⁣⁣⁣⁣Google Play: http://bit.ly/FINDINGFERTILITYGOOGLEPLAY⁣⁣⁣⁣ Stitcher: http://bit.ly/FindingFertilitySTITCHER 🍍 Anything written or said about health and diet are my opinions, that I have formed over the years, through trial and error, study, reading, listening and observing.
