Ep 5: Is Nutritional Yeast Actually Nutritious?
From an early age Margaux took an interest in cooking.  Writing her first childhood cookbook at age six, she wanted other children to eat as healthy as she was.  Upon graduating Johnson & Wales University with an Associates of Arts in Culinary Arts and a Bachelors of Science in Culinary Nutrition she began to find her passion for holistic nutrition.  Being raised in a holistic home, her passion for wellness became even greater when faced with her own serious health challenge.  After turning to the medical community for help after a serious medical complication, it was only when she turned away and turned within that her healing began.  She used her inner wisdom, knowledge and intuition to acquire a vast amount of information on hormonal health; including hormone balancing foods, supplements, identifying everyday hormone disrupters and living a harmonious lifestyle. Margaux is eager to help others develop their healthiest selves from the inside out, using various modalities through lifestyle changes. She believes there is no one size fit’s all approach and each individual body is different.Her compassionate disposition combined with a non-diet approach to nutrition brings forth great success.Margaux aids clients in the ability to find nutritional balance for their individual body. She utilizes nutritional counseling and self-love techniques to assist in creating a balanced lifestyle to reach one’s greatest potential.Margaux Gunning has been a yoga teacher since September 2012. She holds a certification as an RYT-200 hour from Deep Yoga School of Healing Arts, studying under renown yogis Bhava Ram and Laura Plumb.Margaux’s mission is to create an experience in her yoga classes that enriches the lives of participants on and off the mat, through asana (yoga postures), pranayama (breathing), and meditation.
