Episode 6: 3 Ways to be Beautiful
The first thing you need to do is keep it simple. Zig Zigler said: Keep It Simple Stupid. K.I.S.S. Why should we keep it simple? If you’ve been doing something for years and it just hasn’t been working it’s probably time you let it go. Let me explain what I mean by this. I once was exercising and I was about 35 years old and I had this tremendous epiphany and it said to me, “Cesar, if you had only kept consistent and kept it simple since the day you started exercising, right now at 35 years old you would be in incredible shape. Cover model shape to be in fitness, Men’s health magazine.” Now, I’m in good shape, but I'm not in the shape to be in the cover of Men’s health magazine at the moment, I’m almost there. But, here’s the point of the epiphany that I had. I began exercising when I was 17 years old. I had that epiphany when I was 35. That is 13 years of exercising. 13 years. That is a very long time. Why was I not in that shape? Why are the people that go to the gym not I’m incredible and immaculate shape, in covers of magazines and stuff? Why? Because we are not keeping it simple. That epiphany taught me something very interesting. It said to me, “if you had only just from the time you were 17 years old, just started exercising 10 minutes a day, but stuck to those 10 minutes, just kept it simple, just 10 minutes everyday, it would have created a compound effect. Like a snowball effect. And that’s what happens when we do something consistently and we keep it simple. The concept of keeping things simple can be tied to the fable of the tortoise and the hare. The hare wanted to be complex about it. We complicate life, we complicate things and because we complicate things we suffer. Our beauty and our success suffers. Big time. Sure you worked out your butt off when you were 19 years old, but what happened why did you stop? One reason only, you got burnt out. You cannot keep doing something consistently that requires too much work. It’s the reason why professional athletes retire at a young age. The human body cannot keep going at that pace. I’m not speaking against competitive sports, but what I am saying is that when it came to your fitness, for example, you complicated things, you created a fake reality. In life to be beautiful and successful, keep it simple. When it comes to your success and your beauty, specially at the age of 40, keep it simple.

Episode 5: 3 Tips to be Attractive
Today we’re going to talk about some tips on how to be attractive. Call this your magic pills of wisdom. First of all we need to talk about the definition of attractiveness. The first thing is never confuse attraction with conditioning. The majority of the things we believe are the definition of attraction is simply just conditioning. One example: Think of Coca-Cola, the largest soda company on earth. Why is Coca-Cola the purchased soda? Is it because Coca-Cola tastes better? Is Coca-Cola more attractive? Competitors of Coca-Cola are constantly trying to find out how to be like Coca-Cola because they are so liked, so purchased, so followed. Coca-Cola spends billions and billions of dollars, they’ve been in the soda industry for a long time and Coca-Cola has been spending all this money so they can get in front of people’s faces. Coca Cola has been spending a lot of money to do something called conditioning. Conditioning can be defined by something that’s learned through repetition like a habit. Coca-Cola has put in a lot of effort to get in your face. They’ve been around the longest consistently conditioning people to see their brand, the Coca-Cola bottle. So by the time you walk into any store you’re probably going to pick Coca-Cola and that’s where Coca-Cola puts their money that people are going to pick and choose based on what they’ve been conditioned to think. Does that mean Coca-Cola tastes better? More appealing? Sexier? No. That doesn’t mean any of that. The first tip to being attractive is to realize a difference between conditioning and true natural attraction. Natural attraction does not require any branding, natural attraction is simply just a fact. Conditioning requires effort, things that need to be done in order to stand out. A lot of people get this confused, they feel unattractive because they’re not getting compliments and praise by strangers. I had a girl that follows me on Instagram tell me that she didn’t feel attractive and she was very shocked that I thought she was attractive. Here’s the thing, because I have social status, I’m a health and beauty expert, I’m a model, she probably thinks, “why is this guy going to find me attractive?” Well, here’s the thing, I’m going to give you and examples and I’m going to call it the Arnold Schwarzenegger example.

Episode 4: Long vs Short Hair?
Which is better long hair vs short Hair? For me the answer is easy and I base my choice over three questions: which looks amazing on me, which is most comfortable on me and which is easiest to maintain? Long hair looks amazing on me. My facial structure and long hair compliment each other well. I can’t go anywhere without a compliment on how amazing my long hair is. So, you have to be honest with yourself on this one, but be careful, because being honest with yourself doesn’t mean having a pre-conceived notion of what you think is honest. It means being open minded to the possibility if long hair really compliments your look or not. Here’s, a tip, if you never had long hair you really don’t know if it will look good on you. Contrary to your creative thoughts, you can’t imagine well enough if long hair will or will not look good on you, and even if you have a computer generated image of your face with long hair, you really can’t picture a reality because no computer is accurate enough to guess your natural long hair growth pattern, it would only be guessing. A tip to remember when seeing if long hair is for you is to ask yourself, does my face look overweight? Not, do I have a round face, but, is my face overweight? If the answer is yes, then neither long or short hair will compliment your face well, in fact short hair might look more funny on you. Think of “Homer Simpson”. Does his very little hair make his face look good? So if you have a “Homer Simpson” face then you know that longer hair might actually be a better look for you. I can never say short hair looked amazing on me. Good at times, yes, but amazing, never. God is my witness, I can’t think I ever had one person tell me, “you have great hair”, while I had short hair. Compliments about my short hair were non-existent. I didn’t know what a compliment about my hair was while I had short hair and it is a planetary distance of a difference between the compliments and great reaction my long hair gets everyday now. Now, long and short mean something different to the sexes. For women long hair seems to mean hair length below the shoulder and for men it means hair length that is reaching the shoulder or beyond. Either way, you can apply the guidance above based on what you think long or short hair mean to you. If I was to rank how amazing long hair looks on men and women versus short hair, using a scale from 1 to 10, 10 being most amazing, I would have to say long hair is always between a 5 to 10 (depending on how amazing it looks) to an always 1 to 5 for short hair. I have only seen short hair look great on one girl, and she’s an ex super model, Nicole Murphy, but even then, long hair would look even more stunning on her, because with her short hair, it was really the lack of hair that made a difference on her look, she could have had her head shaved and it probably would have looked the same, her lack of hair made her beautiful features stand out, but I truly believe with long hair, it would be the total package for her look. Is long hair or short hair more comfortable to have? I have been on both ends of the spectrum, having had hair as short as a shaved head to having hair long and past my elbows. The answer is simple here. No hair is the most comfortable to have because it’s like being naked. You just don’t have to deal with any clothes and you feel less weight on you. The shorter the hair the more moveable you seem to be because you don’t have to think about your hair, in fact you think as if you have just a head, not hair. Having long hair is not like being a lion or some sort of feline, you’re not covered with fur everywhere, so the level of comfort of long hair is very good when it comes to ventilation.

Episode 3: Is Covid-19 Real?
Is Covid-19 real? That by far has to be the biggest question of the century. Now I know many of you out there are convinced Covid-19 is real but just to be fair there are many people who genuinely don’t know, and you can’t blame them for that. With all of these inconsistencies regarding this virus, who can you trust? We’ve heard it all, scientist, politicians, news, fake news, conspiracists, friends, family members and so on. So who do you trust? Now I don’t want to stir up any more drama than there already is out there or create anymore confusion, nor do I want to offend or disrespect anyone. I know there are lots of people who have actually lost someone due to this virus and hell that is as real as it gets, but I also know there are a lot of people who have not lost someone and who have survived this virus. So is the virus real or not? Entire states are being shut down, businesses are closing, people are out of work. These are known facts. So why are we shutting down an entire world economy when the virus has less than a one percent chance of killing you? Let's pretend this was Super Bowl Sunday and your team had a 99% chance of winning the Super Bowl, and your opponents team only had a 1% chance. Would you place all of your life savings on the opponent team knowing those odds? Absolutely not, unless somehow you had been tricked into believing that 1% chance of losing was greater than your 99% chance of winning. So when the question is asked, is Covid-19 real? We live in a country where we have leaders who are supposed to have the best interest of the country, leaders in whom we should be able to trust, but lately this has not been the case. There have been numerous recent cases in where these leaders have blatantly lied to the public. For example Governor Newsom from California has been under the spotlight lately for being a hypocrite mandating California business to stay close, while conveniently leaving his business opened. In America heart disease has been the number one killer for decades, claiming the lives of millions. Each year hundreds of thousands of Americans die from heart disease, but not once have the politicians gone out of their way to close down every single fast food chain in America. Let's talk facts, immune system facts. It is a fact that your immune system is what will help you fight off a virus. If your immune system is compromised your chances of fighting the virus off are lessened. Here's another fact, fear is weakens your immune system. Fact, fast food kills, healthy foods don't. Why is it that everyone knows what Coca Cola is or McDonalds, but very few people know what Quinoa is? Quinoa is the healthiest food on the planet, but it's probably one of the least known foods on the planet. In summary I believe Covid-19 is a virus, the Corona virus has been around before this global pandemic, however I see that there is clear evidence of deceit and fraud by those in power to make this thing bigger than it needs to be, I believe that if the real cause was to save lives, they should start with heart disease which is the number one killer in the United States claiming more lives than Covid-19. Lastly I know the importance of having a healthy immune system and know that getting rid of fear is something great for your immune system, as fear can grow and spreads like a Cancer. Stick to being healthy, laughing, making fun memories, eating healthy, for this I personally turn to QuinoAmino since its a daily nutrients fix complementing any food or beverage with all of the essential nutrients vital to a healthy immune system. I hope this will help others who are searching for answers with all the Covid-19 confusions.
