Recorded the day before the 2020 AFL grand final, there's no better time to reflect on what makes grand final week great, and not many better to reflect with, than someone who's experienced it at the highest level multiple times. Episode #12 - Resilient Me
Resilience is arguably the buzzword of 2020, particularly given the continuing challenges of living in a "Rona" world.  But this isn't another "10 steps to greater resilience" workshop. In this episode, Dal and Fitzy spend some time reflecting on some of their own highs and lows in years past, and challenges more recently, with a focus on what it's taught them about resilience, change and being adaptable.   What is resilience (really), and what is it not?  How can we build more of it as individuals, and how can we help to spread it amongst our working and home families?   What about in the context of a constantly-changing environment?  Is resilience something you need to deliberately work on?Plenty of questions, maybe a couple of answers.
