Ep. 04: On How to Become an Influencer & Reach Millennial Audience
In today’s episode I chat with Gil Eyal from HyprBrands. Gil is the CEO and co-founder of HYPR -- the World's largest influencer search and discovery directory - which houses profiles and audience demographic information for over 10 million influencers across major social channels. Under Gil’s direction, HYPR boasts a client base of hundreds of Fortune 500 brands and global advertising and PR agencies, including LVMH, Next Models, PepsiCo, Calvin Klein, Time Inc. and Mediacom. A pioneer in the influencer space, Gil also served as the COO of early player photo-sharing app Mobli Media, where he collaborated with the world’s biggest stars, including Leonardo DiCaprio, Tobey Maguire, Serena Williams and Lil Wayne. There is no doubt that influencer marketing is at the all-time high right now and it's the fastest growing online customer acquisition channel! So if you are curious about the influencer marketing in general, here are the topics we cover in this podcast: What is influencer marketing? Why context is crucial in hiring influencers? How does influencers in Europe differ from the ones in US or Taiwan How to recognize fake influencers? How to sell to millenials? Which platforms will be most popular in the next 3-5 years? How to reach 50k followers as an influencer in a year? Why controverse is a good marketing tool? As always, if you liked this episode, I’d really appreciate a review on iTunes or Stitcher, that would be a great help for us to grow and keep bringing guests like Scott to the show. Ep.03 - On How to Grow a Subscriber List from 0 to 1 Million
In today’s episode I chat with Scott Keyes from Scott’s Cheap Flights. Now listen to this – Scott travelled around the world for free using miles that he got from signing up for a bunch of credit cards. Then, once that option was exhausted, he turned into finding error fares, deals and generally cheap flight tickets and got himself a return ticket from New York City to Milan and back for $130. Once his friends learned about it, they wanted to get those deals too, so he started sending out regular emails to a small group of friends, packed with the flight deals that he could find. Fast forward 3.5 years, his business Scott’s Cheap Flights has almost a million subscribers and 26 people in a team, that is spread all around the world, as they have no fixed office! It’s definitely an episode you should listen to, because besides hearing his personal story in the first part of the conversation, we also dig quite deep in: how did they get to this point they are now, what decisions have paid OFF, tips on growing your email list and a lot more interesting insights on growing a side-hustle to a full-time fast growing business. As always, if you liked this episode, I’d really appreciate a review on iTunes or Stitcher, that would be a great help for us to grow and keep bringing guests like Scott to the show. Ep.02 - On Productivity, Routines and Why to Hire Virtual Assistant
Hello World, In this episode I chat with Cédric Waldburger, a Swiss investor, entrepreneur and a master of productivity. Cédric is the founder and CEO of smart task management tool called Sendtask and what’s funny about him that he is homeless, takes on average 100 flights a year and lives with only 64 things that all fit in one small carry-on luggage. He also started and grew a marketing agency (Mediasign) while being only 14 years old, was part of a number of really successful companies and has also invested in over 10 of them. We had a very interesting and value-packed conversation and covered things like: Implementing productivity and routines into your daily life How to leverage the opportunities we have in 2017 to find out what are passionate about A special hiring framework that helps him to productively hire great people A benefits of having Virtual assistant and how to hire one How to know whether you are on the right path in your life And many other super interesting topics It’s definitely an episode I am really proud of and I hope you’ll enjoy it too! If you do end up enjoying it, I would really appreciate a review on Itunes and a share on your social networks. This will help me to grow this how and bring a lot of exciting guests to hack their growth techniques. Thank you and happy listening! Music by ikson: https://soundcloud.com/ikson
