THANK YOU! We just want to stop by and say thank you, for your patience during this time. It seems like we have been hit with road blocks at every turn while getting this podcast off the ground. We got our first hurdle of equipment then we got over our next hurdle of licensing rights. After we felt like we had established a little bit of a foundation we got hit with our equipment not functioning properly and the turn around time to produce an episode was not possible to maintain. We went through another three months or so without being able to produce a podcast and then had a breakthrough that allowed us to record and edit efficiently!  We were rolling along smoothly and then COVID-19 hit. We knew we had to following social distancing guidelines and we weren't set up to record quality content remotely. During this time we have spent so much time thinking about business owners, families, and colleagues that have been affected by this virus. Our hearts go out to them and we are so somber in the wake of this knowing that many have lost businesses, lively hood, and their loved ones. This is an opportunity for us to really bind together as a community and share stories of how some have re-shaped their business and how others have weathered the storm.  WE WANT TO HEAR FROM YOU!! In this episode Zach and Dave talk about the value of reverse engineering. The term has become a little washed out but it is so valuable. If you are able to envision what you want in the future you have the first step of making a major shift in your life. The journey or growth in life doesn't come from the ending goal it comes from the journey. We are in a constant battle between growth and decline. Getting comfortable is declining. There is no stagnant in this life. Either you are growing or you are declining. 

Do you ever get to the end of the day and wonder what you did all day but you know you were busy? On this episode Zach and Dave breakdown the feeling of coming to the end of the day and feeling exhausted but not accomplished. When you get to the end of your day it's ok to feel tired but it is not ok to feel unaccomplished! We want to build a group of people that help us get to a point of satisfaction with the work we put in. If we don't have clear goals set up it is impossible to be productive. Don't let moments in life pass by without being able to interact with them or others! We need to unplug just a little bit and be aware of our surroundings in the moment. 

Don't let your self be someone plagued with the constant scrolling and comparing of yourself to another individual or business and thinking you aren't a success because your life doesn't look their highlight reel. Your progress and your story is yours alone. As long as you know what you want in order to happy or what you personally define as success it doesn't matter what other people think!
