Planning your future when 100 is the new 65
Planning your future. What are your thoughts about living past age 100? 150? What if 100 becomes the new 65? I think it would be pretty cool but I have a really hard time wrapping my mind around the idea. I recently heard Dr. Peter Diamandis talk about this as a real possibility in the near future. Interesting. The financial aspects of living until 100 or beyond are worth considering. Most often, though, people have a difficult time truly defining retirement even as they approach their 50’s and 60’s. I’ve found it nearly impossible for young professionals (those age 20 to 45 or so) to grasp onto the concept. Rightfully so. Click here to read on... How about a financial checkup? Click here - it only takes a minute or two.

Runners wear shoes, boxers wear gloves
Go to the full post, complete with links and resources What is your identity? Quite simply, your identity is all the stuff (as in data and information) that makes YOU. I’m talking about your social security number, bank account information, birth date, and all the answers to those “security” questions like your mother’s maiden name, the name of your favorite cartoon character, your first cat, Fluffy, and all that good stuff. Have you ever forgotten the answer to any of the many security questions you likely have riddled across the internet? I know I have. Even though I tend to have a really great memory – long term more than short term – sometimes I just can’t remember which superhero I liked as a child. So, when I have to remember if it was Batman or the Hulk…I get a bit frazzled 😉 As you are likely well aware, your identity is pretty important. Sadly, it doesn’t become obvious for many until identity theft occurs. What is identity theft? You guessed it. It’s when a thief (or team of thieves) steal a portion or all of your personally identifiable information and use it for their own benefit or initiatives. Just like protecting your belongings in your home – using locked doors, alarm systems and such – you should be protecting your identity. Before I get into some specifics, let me talk more about this thing called identity theft insurance.

Matt Biolsi – Life is a Giant Experiment
My name is Matthew Biolsi and I have been doing CrossFit since 2008. I started CrossFit while serving overseas and have become addicted to it ever since. I became certified Level 1 in February of 2012 and have been coaching at CrossFit gyms in Clarksville, TN since April of 2012. CrossFit is more than my job, it is my passion. I spend my days researching new techniques and reviewing the programs from specialists in their fields and apply them to my programming. I know my athletes and check in on them when they miss class or are not meeting their goals. I am a firm believer that CrossFit makes us better human beings by helping us move better, be better examples to our kids by living healthier lifestyles, and most importantly brings us together as a community. Operating my gym is fulfilling my dream. I love to help people live healthier lifestyles and prove to people that the word “can’t” should be banned from the “American vocabulary”. My goal is to spread the word of functional fitness to as many people as I can. Coaching CrossFit classes is the highlight of my day and I love helping everyone that I can. Matt's Definition of fitness: Fitness is the ability to adapt and overcome any obstacle in life. Your Friend Fiduciary – remix
“The whole question of fiduciary responsibility is a very old concept. You could make a movie about someone making that rule at any point in history, and within a few months, it will turn out to be timely.” –Alan Alda I’m not sure how old the term fiduciary actually is nor did I do any Google research on the subject. What I do know is that Mr. Alda’s statement appears to be spot on. I mean, I’ve been in knee deep in legal and financial planning work for well over a decade now and the term is always a hot topic – especially within the fine world of financial advice. So, what the heck does this fancy term even mean and perhaps more importantly, why is it so important to YOU? In the case of financial advice, when a particular service provider has the professional and legal responsibility of a fiduciary, they must act in their client’s best interest at all times. That is, any ulterior motives can not take precedence over doing what’s best for the client – period. That sounds simple enough, right? I agree. The problem is that other factors often get in the way. What other factors, you ask? Well, there are essentially circumstances when a financial services provider may not be held legally to a fiduciary standard. Say what…? Jason, you mean you’re telling me that the very people I entrust my life savings to may not have to keep my best interests at the forefront at all times? Yes, my friends, that is exactly what I said. I know. It sounds odd, at best. Allow me to break it down for you a bit further. I’d like to tell you a short story about my firsthand experience. Back in my days as a young airman in the Air Force, stationed in the good ol’ Sunshine State, Florida – with barely two stripes on my sleeve, I was at home with my wife discussing how we’d be able to make ends meet enough to pay just the minimum payments on our seven credit cards, our car loan and also take care of all the necessities. It seemed that no sooner did that conversation begin, we got a knock on our door. The guy at the door purported to be a financial coach – someone that not only could but would help us with our current financial situation. He said he’d help us make it better now and for the future. We invited him inside (looking back, I feel like I let a vampire in – remember the old movie Lost Boys – ah, Keef

The chiropractic care Dr. Cox received allowed his nervous system to operate at its peak potential, letting his body repair itself. Read more about Chris... It's about more than the superficial, how big are your muscles or how much you can bench. Show Highlights: Frustration with something doesn't mean you are doomed to constant failure. The physical pull up exercise is difficult. Sometimes weaknesses lead to strong successes. Focus on your areas of weakness - work with a confident coach. Show up. Do what you need to do and achieve. If you want to get fit, figure out the first small step you can take. Focusing on one element at a time leads to a chain reaction of positivity. Don't get overwhelmed. Mara Concordia, the owner of Peaceful Spirit Massage and Wellness Centers in Tucson, Arizona, was raised by a very progressive mom named Shirley. Shirley and Mara would regularly do yoga on the living room floor to help Shirley's back, so as to avoid surgery. Mom relied heavily on garlic, onions, broccoli, hearty bone soups and fresh fruits to keep her family healthy. Through a strange turn of events Mara's entrepreneurial mother opened Concordia Chiropractic Clinic with a local doctor during Mara's teen years. From that time on, chiropractors were their primary care physicians!Despite all the healthy upbringing Mara, during her wild and crazy late teens to early 20's, managed to start smoking, get married and become quite obese.
