Wow... As I'm running on my treadmill this morning, it dawned on me how it was a pattern of my career. The faster I go, the more I only sweated more. Yet I was getting nowhere! In fact, because I was running on this treadmill in this gym at 5am, was because of my career! Doesn't running outside in the fresh air at the shifting times of the morning dawn sound sooooo much better? I need to find a way to control my own life, and the "One Funnel Away" Challenge IS the vehicle to do it.
