What We Really Fear

Franklin Delano Roosevelt said "We have nothing to fear but fear itself." But when it comes to the fear of failure, what's the source of the dread? Even George Washington had to deal with this.   Understanding what's at the root of that fear will allow us to overcome what's holding us back at work and at home.
