Had the best time today discussing Employee Engagement stats and solutions on how to increase higher levels of performance in the work place with Marketa from Planet YANA(You Are Never Alone). Marketa is multi-talented with a diverse background from Hotel Management, Finance, A Fitness Instructor to an I.T entrepreneur yet her heart and passion underlying all of this has been people. When Marketa hit a wall and suffered a nervous breakdown she began to take stock of what was most important in her life and began a journey toward self-love and has turned it into her best strategy and everyday superpower, launching 4 month’s ago Marketa helps businesses and their management teams to become more focused on employee fulfillment “how can you expect your customers to love your company if your employees don’t love it first” is her mission as she helps leaders and their teams to better align themselves to the vision of the company to achieve accelerated growth.

I first met Chanel at a Leadership Event in Zurich, from the moment I met her I knew she was a "Live her talk kinda person", no BS and as authentic as people come. Chanel is a woman who is passionate about fitness and living healthy with a conscious heart mindset so when she told me her story and what had happened to her my heart sank... I was crushed, here is a woman who is clearly giving her dreams everything she's got, living her passion and yet despite it all was dealing with an immense amount of pain after a car accident left her on a long road to recovery, suffering daily for the last 7 months with headaches, memory loss, neck and back tension; the list goes on... Imagine what it would feel like to have a headache every day for 7 months.... She has persevered and despite these setbacks is still pushing through and executing with a positive mindset, something that I hold in very high regard.
