This year we may find ourselves isolated and living a different style of holiday that we aren’t used to. How to Live in more Harmony
I've been battling this concept a lot lately, how to come to terms, how to navigate, and how to live in HARMONY with the current reality of the world health crisis and where we are headed. What I do know is that I can't escape! and trust me, I've explored a lot of avenues. But I keep coming back to the reality of STAY, deal and live the original vision of HEALTH, HARMONY, and INNER PEACE. Here are 5 main tips to Live with more Harmony in these times: 1. Food. Eat mindfully, whole foods, mostly plants, and shop the organic dirty dozen + clean fifteen.  2. Air. Breath lots of fresh air. Get out in fresh air and pay attention to indoor air quality. 3. Water. Drink lots of clean water. Filter drinking and bathing water. 4. Technology.  Minimize, utilize with intent, take lots of breaks, and shield EMFs. Avoid ear buds.  5. Mindset. Do your best. Show up each day with the intention to build on and improve yourself. Know better, do better. ❤️ Stephanie 🧠✨🤸‍♂️🌱
