Welcome to my new series for these dire days, in which I upload Episodes fashioned like "The Forgotten Episodes", do book reviews, have a talk with listeners and other podcasters, or just talk about my new subject of Political sciences. This time, we jump into the crazy and a little confusing story of the Investiture Conflict of the 11th Century, and take a look of this groundbreaking conflict between the Catholic Church and the Holy Roman Emperor. Concerning the #AUnitedFront- events of the recent weeks, this new Forgotten Episode deals with the history of the Iron Front. We'll take a look at the fatal flaw of the Weimar Constitution, as well as a quick glance over the German political landscape. We will discover the history of the "Reichsbanner Schwarz-Rot-Gold" and the founding of the front, its purpose and its history. In the end, you will hear the March of the Iron Front. Fly, Arrow,... *: Prince Eitel Friedrich, the last son of Emperor William II., was an early and influential member of the NSDAP- and as such a particular target for democratic and leftist attack. *²: Pg.= Parteigenosse. Word and form of adress for a member of the NSDAP. Particularly incensed socialists, communists and social democrats because "Genosse" (Comrade) is the traditional socialist form of adress. As you can see, this song attacks the three words that can be found in National Socialist Woker's Party (NSDAP). National is quite obvious. Also, they are portrayed as false socialists and traitors to the working class, as they are on the payroll of the industry (which, as it turned out, they were). This song focuses mainly on the National Socialists and nationalists, as attacking the Communists in their main march would probably drive away the more leftist wing of the SPD and the Unions.  

In this final episode of this season, we will explore Joe’s first retirement, his dealing with the many gruesome tragedies that befell the Kennedys, his return for his son’s election campaign and his death. 

In this Episode, we will deal with the many problems Joe faced during World War Two, his many political squabbles and conflicts with his superiors, and the controversy that led to the end of his political career.  This time, we’ll deal with Joe’s path to Washington, his brilliant work at the SEC and his rather short stay at the Maritime Commission. Enjoy!

 After the massive break, we are going to continue with taking a look at Joe leaving the movie business, weathering the storm of the Great Depression and backing the right horse in the 1932 run for presidency: Franklin D. Roosevelt.

This time, we’ll delve into Joe’s Harvard Studies, as well as his early years as a banker, and see his love interests finally working out.
