27 - Bad days are necessary AND how to get into alignment
What is getting into alignment?It's understanding your body's response to events, situations, people, food, exercise. It's understanding what is a HELL YES versus a HELL NO.Well, when things are always good, we take life for granted.Personally, I think the days that are harder or feel harder are necessary and are trying to push us forwards, it’s there to help us grow. Even if it doesn’t feel like it is.We are not robots. We are humans, we are so much more than what we give ourselves credit for.
