EP 7: Jasmin Carman - Vaginismus + painful sex, sexuality, self pleasure and body connection
For the final episode of Season 1 I'm super excited to be joined by beautiful friend, fellow coach and incredible human Jasmin. We chat a lot around the depths of self pleasure and sexuality (Jasmin's speciality) and she shares her own experiences and wisdom on these topics. Jasmin talks on her journey with painful sex due to vaginismus, discovering self pleasure and really owning her sexuality. We also discuss how women (including past me) often feel like they need to just ‘put up’ with pain/discomfort in sex - which is not the case! This overall is a super powerful and insightful episode for especially women to listen to - hopefully you enjoy it! Much Love, Grace x _________________________ Jasmin is a European Australian, her ancestors are Greek, German and Irish. She is female and identifies with she/her pronouns. She is in a monogamous marriage of 8 years to my beautiful husband, Dan and they live on Awabakal land (Newcastle, NSW). Jasmin's own journey through experiencing painful sex took her on a path of deep diving into her own personal beliefs and ideas and has led her to where she is today, fully embodied in her authentic self! Jasmin is now a Feminine Wholeness Coach in training under Morgan Day Cecil. Her passion is to see women step into living their most authentic life. Thriving in their desires and abundance. She does this through 1-1 coaching, group coaching and workshops.
