#03 - Living the Wisdom of Tao Te Ching (Chapter 1)
In this episode of The Enso Flow, we discuss the origins of Taoism through Lao Tzu and the first chapter of his Tao Te Ching --- Two PhD Researchers, Ihusan Adam and Francis Baumont De Oliveira, explore Eastern philosophies and concepts for a healthy mind and spirit in modern Western living. As civilization is plagued by a rise in mental health issues, rapidly evolving technology and increasing austerity - we use Eastern spirituality without religion to address our collective worries and live a richer and fuller life. These ancient ideas which can be from several millenia ago can be cryptic and difficult to interpret, Ihusan and Francis break these ideas down into manageable bite-sized chunks for practical steps to be mindful, sage and happy.
