Episode 57 | Organic Engagement and Engagement Pods!?
Welcome Back everybody I'm here to talk today about the subject of engagement pods in how they are not technically considered "organic engagement" in the world of social media. When it comes to the way that we should adress our brands or projects we need to start looking for those who have a genuine interests and not those who have their own prerogatives...I wanted to make this episode to warn approaching entrepreneurs and brand makers of yet another social media pitfall when trying to work around their differing algorithms...hope this is helpful.

Episode 54 | Audio Handz vs Twitter Fingerz!
On episode 53 of the ERS podcast we talked about the Enaroux's current beef with "print fulfillment service" Wearfareandco.com...SMH. Instead of waging war with an instagram accomlunt/ company that isnt worth the effort I'm taking the time to make this a teachable moment for my fellow startup entrepreneurs...When a company wont behave it's important to know when and how to go over their heads. The BBB is one of those "necessary evils", time to open Pandora's Box. #Rouxrouxroux

Thanks for your continued support and remember that when your ducks are Enaroux you can accomplish anything! #Rouxrouxroux

#ENARewind: Episode 45 | Social Media Algorithms & Weaponized Fear
[5/27/2018] In today’s age it’s important to guard your heart and your peace very personally because there are threats waiting to pounce on the unaware. Social Media is one to look out for! Wars and rumors of war are far to familiar and popular in today’s media but it’s important to remember that you have full control on the type of news/info you consume…unless it comes to these #socialmediaalgorithms. In one way or another, rules and codes have been set in place to figure out what to put in front of your eyes but the question hides inside the details…how do you know what I want?

#ENARewind: Episode 44 | We're Ditching Plastic Straws!?
[5/24/2018] Fast Food Restaurants are joining in on the fight for the environment, there’s no excuse now guys! Good Ole McDonalds in the process of fazing out their plastic straws…completely! This may not be mind blowing to the majority of readers/listeners out there but it’s important to recognized all efforts, both large and small, when it comes to this topic. If the news couldn’t get better there are other fast food spots that are joining in with the new wave and innovating on their competition!

#ENARewind: Episode 43 | The Solar Energy Headstart
[5/23/2018] #RenewableEnergy isn’t a new topic but when I understand the untapped potential of Solar in 2018 and beyond we gotta talk, Over several episodes we’ve discussed pollution and recyclables and even the initiatives that others have initiated to reverse what the planet is going through in that respect but today we’ve got to give credit to the current leaders in investment in Solar Energy…China! According to several of the articles I’ve seen in regards to this topic, the amount they’ve invested into Solar exceeded $86.5 Billion last year. Question…is there something we’re missing?

#ENARewind: Episode 42 | TARGET V. BURBERRY...Again!?
[5/22/2018] Target has become it’s namesake in 2018 as Burberry knocks on it’s doors to ask them, “Can You Please Knock It Off”!? Last week Target fell under the pressures of Trademark Warfare as Burberry circled back around to check the superstore! Apparently the scarves I’d seen sold in Target’s nationwide were actually property of the classic Burberry brand and they didn’t have permission to duplicate or sell their signature trademark! Come on Target, don’t start Summer 2018 on the wrong foot guys.

#ENARewind: Episode 41 | The Comfort Zone
[5/21/2018] What does “Too Late” mean when it comes to following your dreams!? Avengers Infinity War has passed and we’ve all turned from the blockbuster that was Black Panther but what I noticed in that cast is extremely inspiring! Of these marvelous actors there is the 88 year old College Park, Georgia woman who “stepped out on faith” and approached the role of one of Wakanda’s elders regardless of her age and her COMFORT ZONE. Tune in and see how this courageous woman has provided us with the fuel we need to follow her example.

#ENARewind: Episode 40 | Ciroc, WeighWatchers and DJ Khaled
[5/11/2018] Nothing makes me angrier than seeing a confusing branding strategy or lack thereof… #WETHEBEST !!!??? I don’t think so. Dj Khaled has been around in the music/entertainment industry for a very long time. From his humble beginnings in radio to what he’s been able to do as a social media influencer his success story is phenomenal but I have issue with some of his moves. The only complaint that arrives on my newsfeed is the fact that this worldwide DJ is currently sponsored by two brands that presents a serious conflict of interest. Let’s talk about it.

#ENARewind: Episode 39 | Puff Puff Prohibited
[5/11/2018] The fight for Marijuana Legalization is being attacked and making advancements at the same time and on multiple sides but in Canada the local celebrities are being introduced to a new set of rules. When it comes to the effect of the celebrity on the community I can understand the concern of allowing them free reign and influence over the children and impressionable adults. In one way or another these people control the culture of our daily lives and often without us noticing, so Canada, the current leader in recreational legalization put some legislation in place to limit the harm that they can bring to the community. Let’s see what they got.

#ENARewind: Episode 38 | Where's Apu Gone!?
[5/11/2018] The cartoon classic known as The Simpsons has come under fire for several things over the past 2-3 decades it’s been on air but in 2018 perhaps it’s a “stone’s throw” away from losing one of it’s most notable characters… Growing up on shows like The Simpsons, that push the button on uncomfortable situations, is what allowed/allows me to exists in this world where everybody’s truths are exposed for the world to see. It helped me to stay confident and accepting of the traits that makes us unique but somewhere along the way we’ve become less receptive to the truth. There are some moments where our “respect” for peoples culture’s can actually do more hurt than help but for today lets talk Apu Nahasapeemapetilon, the proprietor of Springfield’s Quik-E-Mart

#ENARewind: Episode 37 | 36,000 Jobs or Boracay?
[5/11/2018] We’re quick to make snap judgments and throw blanket statements at things that we don’t fully understand, but pollution doesn’t have to be one of those topics. This small island in the central Philippines has been shut down…YES YOU HEARD CORRECT! The entire island was shut down roughly two weeks ago due to an overwhelming garbage issue that’s forced tourists out and made life hard for the island’s inhabitants. I’ve never been to the island but I can take this episode and form it into an empathetic examination about how we can deal with this problem that will soon become all of ours.

#ENARewind: Episode 36 | ASSEMBLE!
[5/7/2018] Thanos is coming to Earth to face the Avengers but as that’s happening there is an “Infinity War” level threat approaching the Mobile Networking World! Mobile Carriers Assemble!! Collaborations and Mergers are common place in the research that I conduct for this podcast but in today’s episode I had to touch on the concept of merging but not melding. Two companies (heroes) can come together to fight their shared enemy without losing their individual identity because they recognize the benefit in their teamwork. On April 29, Sprint and T-Mobile announced their merger and their mission to provide the world what it so desperately needs…connectivity.

#ENARewind: Episode 35 | Shea Moisture & Richeliue Dennis
[5/4/2018] When you think Shea Moisture it’s been synonymous with #Blackgirlmagic but with recent trends leading more towards inclusiveness how will this brand be perceived by it’s “undeserved community”. Divisiveness is what sets your market/customers from all the others. “Drawing the line in the sand” is typically dangerous territory but it also allows for definitive discovery…by becoming all inclusive the Shea moisture brand is being perceived as not being genuine or “losing sight” of what they set out to do back in 1991. By initially setting out, with his family, to serve the “underrepresented” black consumer it’s hard for several consumers to understand Mr. Richelieu Dennis’ decisions but I want to tack a stab at explaining this mad genius’s plot!

#ENARewind: Episode 34 | Hop, Skip & Drive
[5/4/2018] In today’s day and age we all benefit from the variety of ride sharing services that exists, at the drop of a hat we can grab a Lyft or call a Uber to transport us but not even they are everywhere at once…for everyone. Services like the ones mentioned above have become very popular in all areas of life but for reasons that make a lot of sense there hadn’t been a service developed for the Under 18 crowd until now. HopSkipDrive (HSD) is a new ride sharing service that is designated for those under the age that services like LYFT and Uber have barred from service, w/o an accompanying adult. HSD has currently expanded into Denver where they intend to help parents who’s hands and cars are too full.
