Season 1 finale! Intentional thinking vs. alignment and presence
In today’s episode it’s the season one finale! I’m going to take a break from the podcast with the intention of coming back with a series of interviews featuring guests within the wellness world. It’s going to be very exciting and I know you’ll love the conversations we’ll be having. Keep your eyes peeled! The subject of today’s solo episode though is something that’s been on my mind recently, a kind of inner debate that I’ve been thinking about - probably a bit too much based on the fact that this topic is about slowing down the thoughts but anywayyy. While in an ideal world we would all be able to quiet our minds completely and stop the noise of the ego, it’s not realistic for most of us to make such a jump. This is where I’ve found the process of intentional thinking extremely beneficial. Questioning all my thoughts, beliefs and writing them down for me to see plain as day, before turning them round into more empowering thoughts. I recently took the lovely Leticia Ringe’s Mindset Makeover course which was EXTREMELY helpful in helping me to learn more about how to use my mind in the most effective way. I’m sure she’ll be releasing it soon as an evergreen course here.In this episode you’ll learn:- How changing your thoughts about a situation can transform your life and how you feel- The way your mind works on autopilot-Why living from the future is the fastest way to manifest what you desire- A morning process to become aware of your negative thoughts and turn them around-My take on being present while still having goals and ambitionResources mentioned:Byron KatieJoe DispenzaEckhart TolleThe Millennial Self-Love ClubFind Ella:Instagram: @ella.ryderellaryder.com

The underlying cause of all our suffering
We’ve all been there. Getting triggered or annoyed by something small and insignificant in the grand scheme of things. Often we can look at these moments and realise how ‘silly’ we are being and move on quickly. But what about all the stories and beliefs you’ve had since childhood about the way the world works? When you realise that you are not your thoughts and don’t have to believe what you are thinking, you’ve got the key to everything. There is no ‘outside’ after all, there’s only ever our mental projection of what we perceive happening outside of us. It’s all relative and while it’s a hard concept to get our minds around, I try to break it down as best I can in this episode with real life examples. So enjoy my friends and I hope it gives you some peace and clarity today! In this episode you’ll learn:- That it’s the stories about your life that cause you the most pain, not your actual life- Confidence is a state of mind-Your perception about life is everything so choose wisely!- How to identify the triggers in your life and why they are important to recognise-How to rewrite a new story for yourselfResources mentioned:Byron KatieJoin The Millennial Self-Love ClubFind Ella:Instagram: @ella.ryderellaryder.com

Change Your Self-Image With The Millennial Self-Love Club
Many people teach that you have to work hard at self-love and control your thoughts all the time to be a more positive person. I used to feel the same way until I learnt the power of accepting what is and becoming ok with life itself. When you let your thoughts control you, you suffer. However when you take the time to sit in awareness and be present with the stream of thoughts that pass in and out of your consciousness, in this state you can pick and choose the thoughts you want to think. What do you want to believe about yourself? What are the stories you are telling about the way reality is for you? I’ve created my new coaching programme, The Millennial Self-Love Club with the intention of guiding a small group of women through the practices that have truly changed my outlook on life, myself and the way I operate in the world. Not only will you learn to truly love and accept your core being, you’ll also come to understand other people in ways that you never could before. So let’s dive into the show!In this episode you’ll learn:- All about my new coaching programme, The Millennial Self-Love Club and why I created it.- That self-love isn’t really about learning anything, it’s about unlearning the stories we’ve been told about ourselves- The four modules TMSLC will focus on and how they’ll add value to your life- Where I am right now on my self-love journey-How our thoughts about ourselves are the only problem there ever isResources mentioned:Byron KatieJoin The Millennial Self-Love ClubEckhart TolleFind Ella:Instagram: @ella.ryderellaryder.com

Why you need to know the difference between fear and intuition
I like to think that I’m generally very self-aware however I’d not been able to make the proper distinction between misalignment (maybe it’s just not right for me if it’s not coming easily?!) and fear until recently. Our minds can be very sneaky and make us think that we’re going in the wrong direction as soon as things get slightly uncomfortable. Are you afraid to be seen? Of what people might think of you? I discuss my tips on how to overcome fear in this episode, as well as differentiating between intuition and fear so you can tell which one is running the show!In this episode you’ll learn:- How to tell the difference between your intuitive knowing and fear- That fear can crop up in many forms- That the mind has sneaky tricks to get us to listen to it- Detaching yourself from the outcome can propel you forward-How to stop feeling ‘stuck’ in your lifeResources mentioned:Byron KatieLoving What Is on AudibleBook a coaching session with meFind Ella:Instagram: @ella.ryderellaryder.com
