Old Fashioned Cocktail
1 sugar cube
3 dashes orange bitters (Scrappy's (http://scrappysbitters.com/product/orange/) is good)
Splash of Vermouth (optional)
2 ounces rye whiskey
2 cherries (Bada Bing (http://www.tillenfarms.com/Bada-Bing-Cherries/p/TIL-00021&c=TillenFarms@Cherries) are delicious)
orange wedge
Club soda
In a shaker, combine the sugar cube, bitters, a cherry, orange wedge, and vermouth. Muddle to a paste. Add the rye whiskey and shake. Add to a short glass with ice, top with club soda, and garnish with a two-inch strip of orange peel and another cherry.
