Fridays Relaxation is our song
This weeks relaxation is dedicated to Eimear (Surprise! Eimear is another talented local Yoga teacher!). Fridays Relaxation in sense
Most of us have heard a song played and remembered a moment in our life associated with the song or a movie or a meal. When I think of pizza, I remember Fridays used to be pizza and movie night, and beaches remind me of holidays. This is a short relaxation on how what take in is important in our development. S2 6 Digesting our Life with Imbalance
The end of this Series already!?  This series seemed to encapsulate the worlds activities as every episode unrolled, friends contacted me to say each episode plopped into their ears just when they needed a bit of inspiration. What a compliment! Thank you everyone.  Next weeks is a Shpeel with Kelly and the following week is an Interview with a great friend, a colleague and someone I cant wait to hug. Thank you to you all, thank you to the Vidyas who have given me the inspriration to keep going when my spirit has been very low, very tired and questioning my next step. Nature, its natural, inspiring even! Of course it is music to our ears, because it is so natural, it is a part of the basic elements of Ayurveda and Yoga. The five elements ...not sure what I mean?
