Clienteling is EVERYTHING - Nick McHenry on Retail Revolution Podcast
This episode originally aired on the Retail Revolution podcast on 11/3/2020. You can find this episode and other episodes at https://www.retailrevolutionpodcast.com/This year has been one of the most challenging years ever for a lot of retailers, and at my company OneShop we firmly believe that building amazing relationships with your customers will drive business in tough times and in good times into 2021. Outside of the role our software plays, we think it something every retailer should be thinking about transitioning from "how do I sell more clothes?" to "how do I give my clients an incredible experience?"On this guest appearance I had on Retail Revolution hosted by Christopher Lacey, this is exactly what we discuss and much, much more.

2020 is Half Over... Don't Let the Rest Go to Waste
No one would have expected how 2020 would play out. Actually that is an understatement... if you were to take bets on what would happen this year on January 1st we all would have bet on a horse that took one step into the race and then fell over.Well I was looking at the last time I released a podcast episode for a show that I planned on releasing weekly, and well... it has now been 3 weeks, but that is okay. Because there is one thing that you can do this year to lay the foundation and set yourself up for success in the coming years, and that is GIVE IT EVERYTHING YOU GOT.Put the extra effort into your business, your relationships with clients, the experience you create in your stores, EVERYTHING. If you do this, inevitably things will drop, but at least you are pushing the ball forward every day.So what do you say? Are you ready to put everything you got into the third and fourth quarters of 2020???On a side note - if you want to be involved in the podcast in some way, let me know at firstname.lastname@example.org

The Non VPs and CEOs of Retail Matter Too
There are so many podcasts, interviews, and panels with the top movers and shakers in the retail industry, but how come there are so few with the people on the front lines of retail on the sales floor or in the office making the industry move. In fact, some companies actually forbid anyone from going on the public record besides the top dogs. Well, I am here to say... THESE STORIES AND PERSPECTIVES MATTER.So I opened up my calendar for a week to have anyone that wanted to talk or tell their story hop on my calendar. The conversations that followed were nothing short of amazing.
