In this episode we will talk about just wanting peace - an expression often in regards with the marathon that is the healing process. Usually the sentence “I just want peace” is said by the biggest stirrer of chaos and unrest. Usually when they are confronted about their part in the chaos. Hello my dears,It is this time of the year again and though a bit late, I wanted to remind you to be kind to and not so hard on yourself.This time of the year is rough especially for those who suffered losses, already feel disconnected, have a complicated family situation and so on.
