Even my beloved Paleo Diet is not sustainable. I only recently realized that even though I have been unable to maintain it for some years now. Even though I don't know anyone who still eats paleo. The other night when the nightly news talked about the school shooting in Uvalde, it brought tears to my eyes but not for the obvious reasons that come with the murder of 19 children. Putting a dress on my daughter the other day got me wondering why we put girls in dresses and then, what is the origin of the dress.
