Episode 7: On Death and Living
Hey everyone, Josh here! Thanks for listening today as we are going to touch on some ideas that are very personal to me. In this episode, Andrew interviews me on the topic of death and how awareness and acceptance of death can increase your quality of life. I took this opportunity to put words to thoughts I have been having for some time, and I hope this some good content for you. I hope this also provides a schema for how to think and talk about difficult topics. I used this as an opportunity to literally think out loud - so hopefully letting you into my process is helpful.
