Danielle Fagan - Season 2 Ep 3
USA Womens Soccer Scout, Endurance Athlete and Entrepreneur, Danielle Fagan joins Eric Bond this week on TCM Podcast.  Soccer has been a huge part of Danielle's life. She played at the D1 level for Villanova and has since gone on to become an accomplished coach at many levels in women's soccer. Danielle had an impressive run as Head Coach of the Conestoga High School Girls Varsity Soccer Team from 2004 through 2010 where she compiled a record of 116-15-5, as well as 5 League Titles, 1 District Title and 2 State Championships and a National ranking of 21.   In addition to her work with US Soccer, Danielle runs a coaching business, Danielle Fagan Coaching. Danielle draws on her experiences growing up as a multisport and current endurance athlete plus being an entrepreneur to help people reach their goal while having a winner's mindset.  Her coaching focuses on creating champions in sports, business, wellness and life. In her free time, Danielle continues to challenge herself off the field as a triathlete and competitor. In February of 2007, she hiked to the summit of Mt. Joe Conlin - Season 2 Episode 1
Season 2 of TCM Podcast kicks off with Fordham Head Football Coach, Joe Conlin!  Coach Conlin, served as associate head coach/offensive coordinator at Yale for four years, before being named head football coach at Fordham University on December 22, 2017. In 2019, Conlin's offense led the Patriot League in passing yards/game (357.2 yards/game) and scoring (25.0). Joe spent six seasons at Yale. He was named the Joel E. Smilow '54 Offensive Coordinator at the school in 2014.   In 2017, Yale ended a 37-year drought when it beat Harvard 24-3 in the 134th edition of The Game to win the Ivy League Title. Yale improved from 3-7 in '16 to 9-1 in '17 and its offense improved in nearly every key statistical category under Conlin's leadership.   In 2017, the Yale offense ranked 12th in the NCAA FCS in total offense (450.7 yards/game) and 13th in passing efficiency (152.41) while also ranking in the top 22 in the NCAA FCS in red zone offense (14th), rushing offense (14th), scoring offense (14th) and fewest sacks allowed (22nd).   Joe arrived at Yale as the offensive line coach in 2013 before being promoted to offensive coordinator in 2014. His 2014 season was a great start as the Yale offensive coordinator. The Bulldogs, who went 8-2, led the NCAA FCS in total offense (ranking third among all NCAA schools). He also served as the offensive line coach, doing great things with the guys up front. The stats tell most of the story, but there are other accomplishments. His 2013 (and 2014) starting five began every game, the only Ivy League school to accomplish that, while three of the five earned All-Ivy League honors.   Joe arrived in New Haven after spending the 2011 season as the offensive line coach at Harvard, helping the Crimson win an Ivy League title while setting a school scoring record.   Most of Joe's coaching experience was at FCS power New Hampshire, where he helped the Wildcats to seven straight NCAA playoff appearances from 2004 to 2010. During his tenure at UNH, Conlin served as the offensive line coach in 2009 and 2010 but also worked with the defensive line, safeties and special teams for a program that went 65-25 and won one conference championship.   Joe was a three-year starter at defensive tackle at the University of Pittsburgh. His head coach, Walt Harris, selected him as a game captain four times.
