How to Train Your Mind for Successful Real Estate Marketing Campaigns | Ep. 1
To start off, one of the greatest reasons you’re marketing efforts aren’t working is because for your mindset. We’re going to spend some time talking about this one because I believe this one is very important. Now you might be thinking Julian, what are you saying? My mindset has nothing to do with how my marketing campaigns perform, but that's when I say “You’re wrong.” Your mind is the most powerful tool you have and many people use it against themselves instead of for themselves. There’s so much negative information we receive every day that our minds soak that up and then many times unconsciously we express that energy back out. Now I get it! We’re humans, of course, we’re going to have negative thoughts, I'm not telling you to never think negative. What I’m saying to catch yourself, have self-recognition of when these thoughts happen and then quickly attack them with positive thoughts. Look, I can assure you that when you first saw this video and you decided to click on it, you had some sort of doubt or fear. But you took action and now you’re here so I want to thank you for that! BUT, the doubt or fear was there nonetheless. See these thoughts happen without you even realizing it. So now the question is how do we shift our mindset into a winning mindset or a success mindset and begin to see positive results on our real estate marketing campaigns. There's a 5 part answer to that question and number 1 is finding your “Why”. Why are you a real estate agent? Out of all the things I will be talking about in this video, this step is without a doubt, the hardest one; and that is because you can’t teach this, either you have your “why” or you don’t. And if you don’t, you better start doing an internal evaluation of yourself and find it because it’s crucial.
