Hey, it’s Amy Newmark and it’s Friend Friday. Today I’m excited to introduce you to Julie Hornok, who had been published in five Chicken Soup for the Soul books. Julie and I are going to talk about two main topics today: 1) her Chicken Soup for the Soul stories, and particularly her experience with raising a child on the autism spectrum, and then 2) a quick introduction to how we can use yoga to find our inner calm.
