043 – To booze or not to booze – How to navigate client dinners, socializing with friends and enjoying alcohol without royally screwing up your fat loss progress

You’re either on a fat loss plan or you’re socialising... NONSENSE! No one is asking you to become a nun, shack up in a convent and shun all social engagements in favour of a nice night in (with your cat) chowing down on some delicious boiled broccoli and dry chicken...all served out of Tupperware of course! Good god. How bleak. Nor, for that matter, is anyone in any way shape or form condoning the measuring of wine poured into your glass just so you can stay “on plan”. This is ridiculous behaviour, and quite frankly, utterly unnecessary!
