033 – “I CAN’T BELIEVE I DID THAT!” – Binge Eating, Shame & Loneliness

There is so much shame and loneliness associated with binge eating. When you struggle with issues around food you already feel embarrassed and inadequate so of course there’s a tendency to hide. All of which can amplify the sense of loneliness and isolation, even if you’re surrounded by loving people. We want you to know that whatever you’ve been going through, you are not alone, and there is hope. Today, we have the incredible privilege of sharing a story from one of our clients – in her own words - about a real low point in her binge eating life. It’s an emotional rollercoaster! Not only does it show you that you’re not alone, but it’s also proof that complete and lasting freedom is available. Thank you so much miss C for giving us permission to share your story. You are a huge inspiration.
