024 – You’ve Achieved Everything… Except The Body

You’re intelligent, driven and hard working, and you’re proud of what you’ve achieved in your career or in your business.

You’re either single and loving life, or you’re married and have a wonderful home life, perhaps with children too.

You’ve had lots of success and built an amazing life for yourself… but something is missing.

You can’t seem to make consistent progress with your body. You’re good for a while, but then life seems to get in the way, and you’re back to square one again.

A lot of the time it’s an annoyance, but if you really think about it, it’s infuriating. It’s the final piece of the puzzle. You pride yourself on being an action taker and making shit happen in your life. You’re not in the habit of making excuses.

So this one area of your life is at complete odds with your identity, and the person you feel you really are at your core. But for whatever reason you keep on sabotaging yourself. “Why the hell can’t I get a grip on my body goals?!”
