042 "Did you even try?"
"Did you even try"Many of us are not winning because we talk ourselves out of the game before we even get on the field. Ask yourself, has there been something you have wanted to do but you didn't because you came up with different reasons (other wise known as excuses) you did not follow through. You did not even try.In today's episode, you will hear a few different things to keep in mind when an idea manifests and why you should lean into that discomfort. When you do not try you could miss out on something magical When you try, it could not work Trying new things can lead to THE thingLinks/resources: Instagram: Rob Gray Coaching Facebook: Rob Gray Coaching Website: Robgraycoaching.com

041 Coffee Conversation - "What are you willing to risk?"
To many people have gone to their grave never willing to risk it. Achieving any measure of success requires one being willing to look foolish and and fail many times before the reward can be presented.Arguably, the same number of still breathing humans go about their daily lives participating in habits that they would have not have normally accepted for themselves. Yet, they participate none the less. Gaining the reward of what you want means being willing to listen to your higher calling and also being willing to risk falling while running after it. 036 Coffee Conversation - "Message for the Haters"
To those that hate on others:Be willing to ask yourself a question..."why are you not supporting your friend or loved one in their dreams or goals? Is it because they are doing something that deep down you want to do for yourself? To those whom have others hating on them:1) There will ALWAYS be some that will not support you.2) When we up-level any area of your lives, it is like we are holding up a large mirror in front of others and that mirror shows a reflection of what THEY are not willing to do.Links/resources: Instagram: Rob Gray Coaching Facebook: Rob Gray Coaching Website: Robgraycoaching.com

Be prepared for this. Also see take lessons when you hit those walls. Then be okay with stepping a step back in order to gain a greater level of perspective.-The summit is reached one step at time100lbs of weight lost requires the first pound to be released. 033: Coffee Conversation - "Shout out to all my procrastinators"
"Shout out to all my procrastinators"Three things that have helped me procrastinate less and get more doneShould I do it now or do it later?-Better questions asked means a better and more productive life. So, when it comes time for something to be done, ask and answer the question of what will happen if I do it now or wait and do it laterTime Blocking-The most productive people I know find decide what tasks needed to be completed. Then they a select a block of time (e.i 10am to 1pm) and they work until all the tasks that they need to get done are completed. 5 Second Rule-The credit for this concept must go Mel Robbins, a renowned motivational and keynote speaker. Whenever there is something needing to be done (getting out of bed or asking the boss for a raise), count backwards from 5 and the moment you get to 1 get it done. 032 Stop Believing your own "Bs" story
"Stop Believing your own "bs" story"(1) Decide what it is you really wantIn a world of social media, consistent news broadcasting, and opinions coming from all directions, it can be really easy to lose ourselves and our voice. Ask yourself, what is it that you really want, not what others want for you.(2) Take inventory of your lifeDo your daily actions match your dreams? Look around at your environment. Does it have the appearance of someone who is wanting to transform their health, improve their finances, or start that business?(3) Take immediate and inspired actionThe separator between the average and extraordinary are that champions and people of purpose decide what what they want, create the goal, and take action on those goals immediate. They do not wait until Monday.(4) Wake up tomorrow and decide againMotivations is fleeting. If you need constant motivation then you really may not want it. What we truly value we will do. But even an immediate decision today had to be decided on again tomorrow. Links/resources: Instagram: Rob Gray Coaching Facebook: Rob Gray Coaching Website: Robgraycoaching.com

030 Breaking my own bad habits
Want to change a habit, you must change you thinking. What to change your thinking, then become consciously aware of what is coming in and what you allow to stay. -Start by being honest with yourself. Not just about your opportunities, but what do you truly want and desire. Be you boo. Because there is literally no one else like and the world needs your gifts. You are not doing the world, your friends and family, but most importantly yourself any favors by playing small and running a race that is not yours to run.-Protect your peace. We only have so much energy to spend on any given day. Why spend it on thoughts that do not deserve your energy nor do they support your higher purpose. -Complete a live autopsy on what you are thinking. Check yourself on the regular. People fail not because they first did not try. But because they did not have the conscious awareness to mind their mental business. This lack of mining kept them from even playing in the first place. -Ask yourself how do you want to feel in that moment. Put yourself in the space as if you are already there. The more you attach the vibration or feeling of that accomplishment, the more specific actions you will take to manifest those dreams. Results lie within our actions. So what actions are you taking?Links/resources: Instagram: Rob Gray Coaching Facebook: Rob Gray Coaching Website: Robgraycoaching.com

028 Friday Coffee Conversation - "Giving Feedback"
Friday Coffee Conversation - "Giving Feedback"I have noticed that there are two methods or two types of people when they give feedback to a business. One - The "go for the jugular." Meaning the person who gets so worked up about their experience at a business that they deliver their feedback in such a visceral method that anger is utilized as their weapon and demands immediate compensation of some sort. Two - "Firm but professional." The person who states their case. Even though they had a poor experience, they make their request known with professionalism. Which one are you? When you give feedback in a professional or public setting what are you hoping to gain? Are you willing to give feedback to that business so that they have the opportunity to learn and grow?Links/resources: Instagram: Rob Gray Coaching Facebook: Rob Gray Coaching Website: Robgraycoaching.com

027 "Mop The Floor"
"Mop The Floor.""How doing the small things in life well will lead to success and the bigger things."When was the last time you "mopped the floor," and did you it well?-Paying close attention to detail in a separator between those you reach success on a occasion versus the top 5 percenters who obtain it consistently. The millionaire who mops his restaurants floors-Learn key insights from a multi-millionaire who feels that leading by example is key to long term success. How you do the smallest of things means everythingThere is an old saying that goes "the devil is in the details." I am going to upgrade that statement and offer "the success is within the details.Others are watching, so lead by example-People will believe you more by what you do then what you say. Others may be watching. And if that is the case, then set a great example for them to watch. Can you take pride in your finished work?-If you cannot take a step back and feel pride in your work, then how can others? Start by asking yourself if your finished work can be placed up against the best of the best."What ever you do, whatever your task, work from the soul." - Colossians 3:23-If God or the universe were going to be reviewing your work, would you be comfortable with either partaking in your finished product? This is the mindset we should ride into all that we do.Links/resources: Instagram: Rob Gray Coaching Facebook: Rob Gray Coaching Website: Robgraycoaching.com

But does your current direction or choices say something completely different.Another question to ask yourself..."Do you really want it?"All of the motivation and inspiration in the world means nothing if you really don't want it.Go one more!!Utilizing the effects of compound efforts, what can doing just one more (rep in the gym, phone call, personal conversation with a friend or loved one, etc) do to your overall goal or vision.Links/resources: Instagram: Rob Gray Coaching Facebook: Rob Gray Coaching Website: Robgraycoaching.com

025 "What am I to learn?"
"What am I to learn?"Every person that has been in our life or currently holds a spot in our space and time is there for a reason. Those reasons are rarely if ever evident at that time. Usually we do not know why a certain person is or was there for us. But the fact that we interacted with them is no accident. This holds true for those that we even do not like. In fact, I will argue that it is those individuals that fit this description is where we can learn from the most. The key though is to start asking ourselves what is this person teaching me. Why is it that when I am around this person, certain things are different and/or I am different. When we can start asking ourselves these questions, we can gain so much clarity about ourselves and that clarity is utterly liberating.Links/resources: Instagram: Rob Gray Coaching Facebook: Rob Gray Coaching Website: Robgraycoaching.com
