On with us today happens to be one of the best when it comes to Vision Boards and envisioning where you want to go and how you can manifest that level of success based on visioning. Barbara Pellegrino is the CEO of Creative Living Seminars, a top life and business coach. She is also the co-author of my book, Purposeful Action: Seven Steps to Fulfillment. Today, Barbara talks about her coaching journey and how visualizing your dreams can make a difference for your career, business and life in general. Here are highlights from our conversation:   ·       Barbara has extensive experience with NLP (Neuro-linguistic programming) and one of the techniques she often employs is the use of colors. According to her, words activate the left-brain and colors activate the right brain. The goal is to help people to hear and learn on the subconscious level so that people actually get the teaching, and not just on an intellectual level. She offers all these and more under her 30-day Acceleration Program.   ·       Building education is important in coaching – whether you are a life coach or a business coach. As coaches, we are taught to ask questions – to be curious. What Barbara advises for coaches is to continue their learning process and growth so that it would help them ask the best questions so they can be able to transform lives and make a difference with their clients. Allow ideas to come naturally instead of trying hard to figure it out.
