This pandemic has put a spotlight on many opportunities to fix problems and improve processes across many industries and services

One thing that I’ve noticed is that people had a rough time dealing with the ongoing changing circumstances.  People got stressed out, depressed, over-ate, over- drank, over-Netlfixed, among other things.  They got angry and scared.  

And then some people totally rose to the occasion.

The difference in how people are handling this crisis based on how they are thinking.  The reason we do anything is because of what we think about it.  

And that’s why this episode is all about how true performance improvement is based on our ability to manage our thinking.  It’s about using the health of your mind to be actively aware of how your thinking is creating your emotions and behaviours in order to drive your results.

Behavioural management is a by-product of thought management.

Teaching ourselves and our employees to improve their performance by being aware of their thinking is the future of performance development.
