Keeping Your Body Healthy with Dr. Chelsea and Dr. Carl
The word Chiropractic actually means "to be done by hand". Chiropractors use small adjustments to the spine to create balance and uninterrupted flow of messages through your nervous system which connects your brain to the rest of your body. The nervous system includes the brain, the spinal cord, and every nerve cell connected to them. The brain and nervous system not only keep us alive, but also repair, renew, coordinate, and heal EVERY part of the body, from the largest organs down to the smallest cells. ALL of these functions are accomplished automatically, as long as there is no disruption of flow along the nervous system or your spine.
