Episode 14 – Speedy Check-in
Todays show is the first one published after the podcast feed has been changed. You can still use the icon to the right of this post to subscribe to the show via iTunes and Stitcher Radio. Soon you will also be able to use Tunein radio to listen to all four of the shows on the Audio Geek Broadcasting network. This episode revisited some subject we have discussed in prior episodes. Specifically, we discussed the new FAA ruling allowing the use of electronic devices from terminal to terminal. Some restrictions do apply. Namely, all 3G devices need to be in airplane mode under 10,000 feet. Also, no internet is available below 10,000 feet so the devices are limited to reading or using apps locally [as opposed to those requiring internet connectivity]. Another subject we talked about was the expansion of the TSA Pre-check program to regional airports. This is really one of the most exciting developments in security checkin in recent months. Now all frequent travelers can access Pre-check lines even if they do not fly in and out of larger metropolitan airport hubs. Now I can use the line while using my local airport [GRR]. How cool is that. The change in the format has eliminate the need for affiliate links and advertisements. I would; however, ask that you visit my Amazon eStore or click the Kindle Offers banner on the sidebar. Also, would you please consider supporting the show by subscribing via paypal. Feel free to contact us via email at firstname.lastname@example.org or by leaving a voicemail at 855-91-AUDIO [912-8346]. Follow up on Facebook or Twitter and subscribe on iTunes and Stitcher. Thanks for listening. God bless. [audio mp3=http://businesstravelgeekpodcast.net/wp-content/uploads/2013/12/Episode-14-Speedy-Checkin.mp3][/audio]

Episode 13 – Welcome Back
Todays show is a very different format. The majority of the content was pre-recorded while I was in Saltillo, Mexico. We have not been podcasting much over the past few months. Some of that is attributed to a recurring illness on my part but also to my schedule for my day job. We discuss what at normal week of travel is like during the 4th quarter of the year for someone in my position. Due to my crazy work and personal schedule much soul searching has taken place. The result is a likely change to the pattern of shows. This show will be published in the same week as my other podcast - Doodads andamp; Monkey Junk 4 Geeks. The other two shows will be published in the opposite week. This means that all my shows will be published bi-weekly. It is my sincere hope that this schedule will be more manageable. Finally, we discussed that sometime in the next few months the RSS feed will be changing. Currently, I use Podhoster and that presents some difficulties. First, there is a cost involved and secondly the space on their servers is limited. With four shows the space is taken up quite quickly. The advantage to hosting my own shows is that all episodes will be available to download and stream from each shows webpage. You can find the full set of show notes at Contact us at email@example.com or at 855-91-AUDIO [912-8346]. Follow up on Facebook or Twitter and subscribe on iTunes, Stitcher or Miro. Thanks for listening. God bless. andnbsp;
