The #MeToo Episode
The raping and killing of Uwa, the raping of Jennifer, Tina and Barakat among many simply shed light on the gross injustice that has been visited upon women especially in the African society. It is important that everyone with a means and a platform join in the conversation and figure out a way to rid society of this devastating problem that has been wrecking lives for centuries. There is no excuse for violence, abuse and, rape, murder and degradation of women of any kind. These ills are prevalent in our society and I am joined by Busayo Abiodun and Peace Olajide to start a conversation that does not end on the podcast. We need to find a way to solve this problem. To every woman out there, This one is for you, we are all in the fight together. [This episode contains sample audio from the song "Quiet" originally performed by MILCK]
