Episode 38: The Little Boy From Rosario, Argentina
As World Cup Qatar 2022 comes to a close, I wanted to talk about the greatest of all time: Leo Messi. Messi has had an incredible career and also a supreme performance in the recent World Cup and I can't help but talk about it. "Leo" has not only made an impact in my life and the way I play the sport, but also for millions of fans all over the world; regardless of what teams they support. I realize that there are many people who may not understand the gravity of Argentina's accomplishment, and hope this episode might put things in perspective. Here are my thoughts on Lionel Andrés Messi.  --- Support this podcast: https://podcasters.spotify.com/pod/show/christopher-suarez0/support

Episode 37: Alexander Primiterio (PrimiSmarts Automations)
The future is here folks! I sit down with Alexander Primiterio: owner of PrimiSmarts Automations, to speak about his Automation business that lets you take efficiency to new heights! PrimiSmarts optimizes any home or facility to help bring maximum benefits to both your time and budget, and is grossly overlooked when looking for ways to save an innovate. Aside from being cutting edge, Alex is someone who has been in my life for at least half of it and this episode not only serves to inform you (the listener), but also to commemorate a deep, lasting friendship between two brothers. Episode 36: Denise Moses (Extended Family of Lowell LLC)
Denise Moses speaks on todays episode of The Autocast! I had the privilege of speaking to Denise live from the recent 'No Judgement Foundation' drive and in the short amount of time that I was able to talk to her, I got the profound impression that I was talking to a force of nature. Denise's family values, her willingness to give and motivate others are what keep her focused and geared towards conquering her goals. Aside from her family values, she developed her iron will and other tools from her endeavors in boxing. We had a motivating conversation and I hope you find something from this episode to motivate you to follow your aspirations. Thank you to Denise and thank you, the listener, for joining me!  To contact Denise Moses and follow her journey, please use the links below! Episode 35: No Judgement Foundation! (w.Destiny Williams)
The No Judgement Foundation was founded and organized by Destiny Williams to help those in need who are overwhelmed by the struggles life can bring. The mission of the foundation is to provide aid to not only children preparing to tackle another school year, but also to alleviate the pressure parents and other adults might be experiencing when trying to make ends meet. Today, I talk to Destiny Williams who is a friend and former guest of the show to go in-depth about her foundation and what she is ultimately trying to accomplish. Destiny has taken it upon herself to make giving back a part of her life's work, and I for one am a huge fan of someone becoming the change they want to see in the world! I've provided links below for further info or if you'd like to make any contributions to this great cause and I hope to see you there! Episode 34: Back To Life! Exercising Gratitude!!
I've recently been afforded the time to nurture my relationships with others and myself with a recent schedule change at work. Since I was 15, I never had a schedule that jived with my loved ones and therefore would rarely be able to invest time in my relationships with them as I should. With things the way they are now, I find myself spending quality time with others and doing things that allow me to keep myself mentally and physically healthy. This episode doesn't so much pertain to any particular topic, but stands more as a recognition of gratitude. Gratitude is something I need to practice more of, so with this episode I'll do just that. Episode 33: An EMT One Year Later
I can hardly believe that I've already been practicing as an EMT-B for a year. This is a great opportunity to give my thoughts on how my journey has been taking shape and talk about some aspects of the job that I felt to be important. Every job has it's pro's and con's, you just have to find what you can live with. I can say that I feel this career path is a step in the right direction and is definitely a fitting piece to a bigger puzzle. Here are my thoughts after a year as an EMT-B. Episode 32: Tis The Season! Motorcycle Starters Guide!
It's the most wonderful time of the year! Motorcycle season is upon us and I've been having a lot of conversations with people about all kinds of motorcycle stuff. That said, I thought it'd be a good idea to give some tips to those looking to purchase a noble steed of their very own. BE FOREWARNED: I use the terms "risks" and "consider" often and I misspoke when I said most people don't modify their motorcycles; Most actually do, but mods probably shouldn't be a point of focus if you're just starting out your journey as a new rider. Otherwise, I feel this will be a very informative and time-saving episode for anyone looking to get their knee-down in the exciting world of motorcycle riding. Creator and host of the podcast Traveling to Consciousness--Clayton Cuteri joins me on this episode of The Autocast! Clayton, has taken it upon himself to document his journey, and the journey of others, to consciousness through his podcast. I myself am on such a journey, and we were able to go in-depth on philosophies, beliefs and concepts that have taken shape in our lives. Clayton presents with a strong sense of calmness and peace; Traits I feel can only come from someone who is truly putting in the work to find what Clayton is seeking. Episode 30: Jeremy Frias
Jeremy Frias is a good friend of mine and has been since the 7th grade. I've always appreciated Jeremy's perspective and intelligence and, in a way, you could very well say that he enabled and nurtured my own. I believe conversations like the one we had here are important for people to hear. Depression can be a tough subject. Fortunately, Jeremy and myself have adopted a sort of 'open-book' policy in hopes that others may not feel so solitary in their experiences in such an adverse mental environment. Depression isn't the only subject we touch on though: we talk Figuary, sense of self and wellbeing, the importance of movement/mobility, Buddhist teachings, poison arrows and even sprinkle in a few banana jokes throughout. Jeremy and I had a great time and I feel this episode very much speaks for itself. Episode 29: Kai Rodriguez (Kai Rodriguez Photography)
I'm pleased to welcome Kai Rodriguez to the show! Kai is the owner/photographer behind Kai Rodriguez Photography and we had an awesome discussion on several crucial topics regarding entrepreneurship and what it takes to follow your dreams. I really got to peer into the mindset of someone who is not only a successful business woman, but also a mother and all-around fantastic human being. Kai has inspired many people from the city of Lawrence to take up photography and has readily extended mentorship to anyone who's asked for it. I admire the work she's done behind the lens as well as in her community. It's been a pleasure to finally meet Kai and get to know her on a deeper level. Episode 28: NFTs! What They Are & Why You Should Pay Attention!
Ah, the amazing world of NFTs! I've created this episode as a crash-course in getting brand new people up-to-speed on NFTs and what they are. Some of you may have at least heard of NFTs and the idea of them may seem pretty outlandish and confusing. Today, we're gonna talk about some of the basics of NFTs:  1) What an NFT is 2) Crypto Currency/Blockchains and how they're used w/NFTs 3) NFT utility and possible applications 4) NFT projects 5) NFT Marketplace  6) Information gathering and research I touch on these topics and more, but I didn't want to go overboard on the information dump. Hopefully this will get anyone interested started on doing their own research and deciding if NFTs are worth their time. Personally, I think even if the idea of NFTs may not interest you, it's important to stay educated and keep an eye on how our society is changing and evolving. I hope some of you found this information useful and thank you for joining me for another episode of The Autocast! --- Support this podcast: https://podcasters.spotify.com/pod/show/christopher-suarez0/support

Episode 26: Beverley Danielle (hummingbird_energy_healing)
Beverley Danielle is an aspiring Life Coach who works in Law Enforcement with a slight Knight Rider obsession. She joins me today to talk how she went from working in Banking during the economic crash of 2008 to now being in Law Enforcement working in the Corrections and Analysis department. We get to talking about the journey of life and how sometimes things may not exactly be 'No', just 'Not right now'. Beverley and I also talk a little deeper about drawing lessons and knowledge from various aspects of life and applying them in constructive and meaningful ways. Deeper thinking has always been a part of The Autocast and its always exciting to hear points of view from other like-minded individuals. I hope you enjoy this episode of The Autocast and, as always, thank you for listening!  P.S. - This marks a year of the show! I wanted to take this time to thank all of my wonderful guests for giving me their time and being such great people; This show wouldn't be half as interesting without you all! Episode 25: The Return of Eric Romero (Seeing Lazers)
We're back with another four hour banger! Eric Romero joins me once again, for one of the more controversial episodes I think I've done on this podcast. From nature to politics, I enjoyed seeing where we stood on a whole range of topics and how we were able to work our way through our conversation. It goes to show that people can find a way to compromise and communicate their points fairly, with an open and honest dialogue. I always have a great time talking to Eric, and I'm grateful that he decided to join me once again.
