We summarise our 2020 and talk about our exciting plans and ideas for 2021. Lauren is a Shanghai based American, who is one of the craziest endurance athletes we know. She is mostly known for her impressive open water swimming adventures but she has also ventured into triathlon and endurance running in the past few years.
