Plant-Based Diet vs. Vegan Diet - 002
Episode Two Have you had friends or co-workers announce that they have gone vegan or some that have made the decision to go on a plant-based diet. Aren’t they the same? What’s the difference? I explain the difference between that two and tell you why one is better than the other. I share my experience and my journey with the vegan and plant-based diet and how it helped me heal from uterine fibroid tumors. I also talk about how and who the plant-based diet has helped heal certain chronic diet related diseases such as, diabetes, cancer, and auto-immune diseases to name a few. I talk about the power of phytonutrients that are found in plants and the role they play in the healing process of chronic diet related diseases. What is The Art of Living Wisely - 001
Episode One Welcome to the first episode of The Art of Living Wisely, a health and wellness podcast created to help you discover your individual health and wellness story. Health and wellness has been a passion of mine for many years. I have explored many diets, theories, and information on the subject of health and wellness. I am so interested about health and wellness, so I made the decision last year to pursue my health coaching certification and I recently graduated from the Institute of Integrative Nutrition and now have my certificate as a health coach. When it comes to getting healthy it can be a challenge for most of us and let’s face it. It can be somewhat confusing. Where do we start? What do we eat? Etc. My goal is to make your health journey simple by giving you the tools, tips, and information you need. You have to remember that everything is not for everybody. You have to do what works for you. You have the intuition and your body knows what it needs. Each day I ask, “how can I serve” and I believe I was put here to share the wisdom of health and wellness. It is our God given right to be healthy and well. I am not sure where this will lead me, but if I can help one person  each day I have done a great service. In this first episode of The Art of Living Wisely, I share a little bit of who I am and what The Art of Living Wisely is about.
