Ep. 006 – Ana Metz on Embracing Change, Creativity and More
In this sixth episode, I’m glad to have Ana Metz with us - the second woman in the show, but the first interviewee with a shorter experience within AIESEC (do not misunderstand it as less intense though). Ana was born and raised in Brazil and joined AIESEC in her early 20s for a summer exchange program to teach English to kids in Turkey. That project had a deep impact on her next steps, triggering new interests, many changes and ultimately taking her to study at KaosPilots in Bern, Switzerland.
Ana is everything but conventional. In this conversation, she talks about how to embrace changes, creativity, starting a blog that became a movement, and more.
Ana is also the Founder and Creative Mentor at Uma Boa Dose, a Brazilian movement that aims to bring awareness and appreciation of "good doses" on our lives - through storytelling and community building. Uma Boa Dose exists to enhance the power of doing good and inspire meaningful conversations.
If you’re considering to pivot your studies, career, or just want to get more comfortable and excited about change, this talk brings great value and might even help you taking the first step. Without further due, Ana Metz.
