Ep. 006 – Ana Metz on Embracing Change, Creativity and More
In this sixth episode, I’m glad to have Ana Metz with us - the second woman in the show, but the first interviewee with a shorter experience within AIESEC (do not misunderstand it as less intense though). Ana was born and raised in Brazil and joined AIESEC in her early 20s for a summer exchange program to teach English to kids in Turkey. That project had a deep impact on her next steps, triggering new interests, many changes and ultimately taking her to study at KaosPilots in Bern, Switzerland. Ana is everything but conventional. In this conversation, she talks about how to embrace changes, creativity, starting a blog that became a movement, and more. Ana is also the Founder and Creative Mentor at Uma Boa Dose, a Brazilian movement that aims to bring awareness and appreciation of "good doses" on our lives - through storytelling and community building. Uma Boa Dose exists to enhance the power of doing good and inspire meaningful conversations. If you’re considering to pivot your studies, career, or just want to get more comfortable and excited about change, this talk brings great value and might even help you taking the first step. Without further due, Ana Metz.

Ep. 005 – Milena Nguyen: Full Time Human Being, Dreaming for a Living
Milena Nguyen is a part-time blogger, yoga teacher, artist, entrepreneur, educator - AND full-time human being that dreams for a living. At 20 years old, Milena decided to go all the way from Vietnam to AIESEC International Congress in Kenya - and fundraised all her way there by persuading local business people with the argument that “Vietnamese youth deserves to be heard”. She was also part of the national team of AIESEC in Vietnam 2012-2013 and the global team of AIESEC International 2013-2014. Only 2 years made clear she was a rising star on the business development world, however she realised that was not the life she wanted live - so she decided to pivot her career to the world of arts, well-being and self development. In 2015 she started 2 ventures: the yoga studio Soulful Garden and the online art shop Artvana. Milena is also a mindful and full-hearted writer and blogger I’m emotionally bonded and biased with this episode, as Milena is also my fiancee, wife-to-be and love of my life. But do not get mislead by that: this young lady inspires me every night with her amazing ideas on how to live a meaningful life - so I hope you can also share some of her inspiring ideas! Without further do, Milena Nguyen.     This episode is also available on iTunes and Stitcher!   Books recommended during the podcast: The Gift of Imperfection, by Brené Brown ( Amazon | Audible ) Quiet, by Susan Caine ( Amazon | Audible ) Brida, by Paulo Coelho (
