Being intentional is highly important to me, and it's something that I have been creating in my own life since I was 17 years old when I first went vegetarian.
The definition of intentional is something that was done on purpose. Purpose is something everyone is wanting to feel and have in their own life and it's something that is 100% in your control, but you have to actually take the first step, which is living with intentionality.
You get to decide what to be intentional about. This is why it's important to know yourself, to have a strong sense of self awareness. The more you know what you value, what is important to you, what you want to create, the more intentional you will be able to be.
