Having attended the U.S. Military Academy at West Point from 2006-2010 as a cadet who was first nominated by Barack Obama, he has since leveraged time in company command, on deployments/rotations to Afghanistan, Romania, and South Korea, and in learning and research at Stanford to hone practical applications of leadership and scholarship to return to West Point. There, he is educating and inspiring the current generation of cadets as an instructor in Environmental Science and Engineering.Joshua has a passion for teaching and for environmental stewardship and relishes bringing to life issues of food and water scarcity, climate change, and water treatment technologies in vibrant classroom discussions.
