As ambitious mothers, we often feel like there’s never enough time to do all the things we want to do.
And because of this perceived time-scarcity, the majority of women I work end up sacrificing their health in the interest of feeling like they have more time. But all of this can cause a lot of stress and take a serious toll in the long-run.
If you don’t take care of yourself, you end up being a lesser version of yourself.
You sacrifice the amazing, unstoppable woman you could be for a tired, overwhelmed, achey, cranky, chronically unsatisfied version of yourself.
Still, the days aren’t getting longer, and your to-do list isn’t getting any shorter.
So what’s the solution?
