S1E10- Beth Yohalem-Ilsley on Overcoming Setbacks
It’s my great pleasure to welcome Beth Yohalem-Ilsley to the show today. Beth is an acupuncturist who runs a successful health and wellness center, The Mississippi Health Center,  in Portland Oregon along with her husband Justin, who is also an acupuncturist as well as a naturopath. They have 2 children together, a girl who is currently 14 at the time of this interview, and a boy who is 10.I met Beth because when I was in graduate school I was looking for an acupuncturist outside of my school’s clinic, and it was immediately clear to me that Beth was the practitioner I had been looking for. Over the years she became just as much of a mentor to me as a healer, so I’m thrilled that she agreed to come on the show to share some of her wisdom with all of you! After becoming a mother, Eva decided to leave her 15-year career as an actress and started blogging to share her interests and experiences. And although she says she’s not a very tech-savvy person, Eva was able to teach herself the ins and outs of blogging, Pretty soon her blog, HappilyEvaAfter.com, became her full time career.Eva has built up a mini-empire over the last 3 years with her blog, boasting more than 102 thousand followers on Instagram and a growing list of email subscribers. S1E08 How to Find More Time for the Things You Want and Love
As ambitious mothers, we often feel like there’s never enough time to do all the things we want to do. And because of this perceived time-scarcity, the majority of women I work end up sacrificing their health in the interest of feeling like they have more time. But all of this can cause a lot of stress and take a serious toll in the long-run. If you don’t take care of yourself, you end up being a lesser version of yourself. You sacrifice the amazing, unstoppable woman you could be for a tired, overwhelmed, achey, cranky, chronically unsatisfied version of yourself. Still, the days aren’t getting longer, and your to-do list isn’t getting any shorter. So what’s the solution? In my experience, there are 2 things you need to do if you want more time for the things you want and love. Listen to this episode to find out what they are! S1E07: Stefanie Gass on Changing the Way We Sell
Stefanie Gass is a female entrepreneur success strategies based out of New Mexico, and is the mother of 2 boys. After making it big in corporate America, Stefanie decided she wanted more flexibility and, just like so many other modern women, embarked on multi-level marketing.  She made it to the top 1% in her company, but found that it was just as much work as working a traditional 9-5, so she switched gears again to begin working with attraction marketing and passive income products. And that’s what she’s successfully doing today, allowing her to have time freedom while raising her two boys.  The details of Stefanie's story are incredible, and she has some amazing strategies to share with us in this episode, but it's not all sugar and spice and everything nice. Our conversation gets real about the nitty-gritty truth behind running an independent business while raising small children.  If you're looking for a BIG dose of inspiration and strategy, this episode is not to be missed.  Visit www.KaterinaBaratta.com/S1E7 for links and more!
