Finding myself weirdly competitive about a skill I only recently acquired... I don't play video games or any sort of games. My husband is really into games and we tried to find something that we can both play--but I'm just not into the competition. I just thought I wasn't a competitive person. Sometimes I fall into a cycle of feeling bad. I can't stay away from certain things, like sweets, despite how terrible desserts make me feel. I don't understand the feedback loop.
