When do you quit your Job? - TPD S2.E8

Imagine spending this much time in a job, same commute, same people, same water-cooler ‘banter’ and routine.

It’s very difficult to escape this, you become so conditioned to what you’re doing, having a manager and structure to govern you. Quitting at this stage requires careful planning, but also the confidence and bravery to reject this lifestyle.


Tyna, did just that. What a success she’s made of it. We discuss the ups, downs and best practise for quitting your job. It’s not something to be taken lightly, especially if you have dependents, a mortgage, bills, cars etc. It’s a jump, but if you want freedom it has to be done.


James and Tej talk about their experiences quitting their jobs/other businesses and the best bits of advice from those experiences.
