Anthony ‘Tony’ Fairs is 32 year old entrepreneur from Fenham, Newcastle Upon Tyne where he lives with his wife Rebecca and springer spaniel Bobbi. He started his property journey at Northumbria University where he studied a BSc Hons in Estate Management. Over the years he has appeared a number of times on ‘Homes Under The Hammer’ as well as local and national press. He does regular public speaking events and charity work. 

From university he went on to manage a a number of local estate agency offices and then two of the biggest auction houses in the country. Over the years Tony has carried our in excess of 8000 sale and rental valuations which is evident in his local knowledge and he has sold and let well in excess of 2000 homes 

In 2013 Tony opened Fairs Estates who offer all Estate Agency services including property sourcing, private/auction sales as well as a lettings/management department. The business is registered with The Property Ombudsman and currently manage in the region of £12million of property assets on behalf of clients. His company are also responsible via there power team for the maintenance of these properties from small jobs through to full home renovations. 

Tony has no shortage of contacts in the property industry that include estate agents, auctioneers, deal packagers, surveyors as well as tradesmen such as electricians, plumbers, etc. 

In late 2018 Tony formed a joint venture with a client and in the space of 15 months has created a portfolio valued in excess of £1million using the buy refurbish refinance strategy with 100% of cash invested back in the bank which will fund future purchases and help grow the portfolio. In 2019 he formed a 2nd joint venture purchasing 10 a block of 10 flats in need of refurbishment for £210,000 which have just revalued at £400,000 following a £30,000 refurbishment.
