Episode 4 | Gary Lewis shares about GEO Etc field adventures

In this episode of Teachers Talk Travel, you'll hear from Gary Lewis  - geologist, teacher educator, and President of GEO Etc. He's the author of over 30 Earth science resources for teachers, and he's been running trips since 1985.

He shares his enthusiasm for getting earth science teachers out on field adventures. And these field adventures are not normal PD programs! These teacher trips combine professional development with life-changing travel experiences, which is what we're all about. His field adventures even take educators to active volcanoes!

Alyssa and I also have some travel hacks you won't want to miss. We're here to help you travel farther and more often on a teacher's budget!

After listening, be sure to join the discussion in our Facebook group. We'd love to hear about the ways you save money when boarding on a budget. Have a favorite affordable destination? We'd love to hear about that, too!
