#70- Memories, Experiences, and the Ability to Heal Ourselves

Laurie & Matt share the 10th and final list they've started curating in their Sourcebook, a journal of ideas, concepts, and information that defines who they are and what their life stands for. We each have a Sourcebook, and you either write and live your own, or allow it to be written for you. Our memories are more than a record of our past; they are medicine for the present. In particular, our favorite, positive recollections of past experiences where we overcame obstacles, met the ones we fell in love with, visited faraway lands, or any of the other memories that evoke positive emotions every time they get pulled out of our cranial storage locker and allowed to live again, can forever spread joy in our present. Our ability to remember specific, positive memories can serve as a bulwark against present darkness, and curating a list in our Sourcebook is like filling our medicine cabinets with an endless supply of organic happiness.
