Episode 8: Learner's Showcase with Sheila Bowman, Cinda Orr and 2nd grader Collins
In this episode: I interview Sheila Bowman and Cinda Orr about our district's Learner's Showcase event. Sheila is a TOSA in Instructional Technology for our district and she has been coordinating this great event for the last 8 years. Cinda is a Learning Coach and former teacher sponsor who has participated for several years. I think you'll enjoy hearing about the history of the showcase and about how it has evolved from a technology competition to a showcase of student innovation in our district. For a special treat, you'll even get to hear from 2nd grader Collins, who has participated in the Learner's Showcase for the last two years. And, once again, stay tuned after this interview for our questionnaire and my Check It Out Segment.
